She's Fit!

excellent equipment, nice airy work out space (upstairs, Club 16) She's Fit is downstairs, small and dark. Terrible location/parking.I have been a She's Fit member for about 7 years but no longer use this facility because it's very busy and parking is always a challenge.

The current general manager in this location (Kathryn B) is not responsive to account inquiries even after multiple email follow-ups. she either responds to emails very late (close to a month) or just doesn't respond.It is unfortunate as I liked going to this gym. But now that I am no longer a member, I cannot get a response.

The facilities are decent. The upstairs is definitely nicer than the downstairs.UPDATE: The fees were unpredictable and astronomical, and no one could answer my questions. I would have been better off going to a nicer gym with what I ended up paying. Ironically, I’ve been getting emails with promotional deals under the guise that they “miss me.” I won’t be going back however. That’s for sure.

Real nice and has lots of machines to try out. Gets crazy busy around 5pm tho

The staff is amazing, very friendly and always open to help you out :)Only …… is the music, which you can barely hear. Which means if you forget your headphones at home you’ll be running in silence.It’s also pretty clean so I can only recommend :)

If you need a place to park this isn't the gym for you. Very few spaces and not monitored at all. Anyone can come in and park for the day and no-one would notice. Spaces should be numbered and have a time limit. This morning I wasted 20 minutes circling around for a space to park. Reception gets tons of complaints but no-one seems to care or do anything about it. If I could find another women's gym on the north shore I would cancel my membership here.

She's Fit is small and dark but you do have to option to go up stairs to Club 16 which is much better equipped. The option of both is what makes this a good place. But parking isn't great so I recommend parking a 1-2 blocks away.

Club 16 on the upper floor is SO much better. This She's Fit! location honestly feels like a dungeon. It's so dark, there's not very many machines, the weight lifting area is a JOKE; it's small, almost no room to lay down a mat and do floor exercises. I love the idea of a female only gym; It's truly awesome, but this location is so poorly set up compared to other locations.

Not so much a 1 star rating on the club location - (although the front desk needs to brush up on professionalism) poor star rating is for the organization- really poor customer service, terrible locked in plan - hidden $42 annual fee" with no real explanation- go find another fitness chain - I've belonged to a few other clubs with much better deals/contracts (no contracts) and customer service."

Got tired of driving around circles to find parking. Way overcapacity and they just keep on selling. Makes me feel really bad for all the small businesses around them who have limited parking because everyone’s fighting over the stalls to go to the. Tried to cancel my membership over the phone,They refused and have been charging me for months. They must really need the money when they’re knowingly making it hard for people to cancel. Seems like they depend on people not actually using their facility. Also my $300 dollar headphones were stolen from there right in front of their camera. But they couldn’t catch who stole them.... or how hard did they try? I used to love their capilano location. Never again will I support any of their gym affiliates.
