Favorite book store ever. Staff is really amazing and friendly, I haven't had one negative encounter. All of the employees I've met talk both french and english. The store is very clean and organized, and the books I want are always in stock, except one time and I ordered it.

Nice but a lot of books we had to order on line. No bathroom or resting area line to go pay was long and no place to sit and rest or read

Nice store, very similar to Barnes & Nobles. Good customer service. It was just a little excessive though the fact that the associate seemed to be following me around the store offering her help. Quite a few titles, items for the home and for gifting. No coffee shop.

Always love coming here, such a large selection of english books not found elsewhere in the province. Only negative is the customer service, i find the staff very dismissive and almost impatient with any questions you might have. I understand that staffing shortages can impact those working right now, but I've worked my whole life in customer service and would never treat a client as I've been the last few times I've been there. Highly recommend for the beautiful store and large selection of books, but if you find yourself searching for something or have any questions, good luck getting help.

This is a huge Chapters location. They have just about everything you are looking for. They carry all the newest titles amend a wide array of books in both English and French. You will find knowledgeable staff with great recommendations. **Very LGBTQ friendly

Always nice to pop in to get a new book. The staff are super friendly, though I wish head office would let them wait for customers to come to them instead of needing to hover around us. They've had a section of fiction blocked off for over a year which is weird, and the lack of a cafe or Starbucks is unfortunate, but otherwise love this store

Nice store and nice employees. The computers aren’t available to clients anymore which kinda sucks because not everyone necessarily wants to interact with someone else or want to use their phone Data (if they even have any). Women’s bathroom is clean (can’t judge the men’s one haha)

Clean well organized store with a decent selection of English and French popular titles. However I usually leave with housewares, pjs and other non-reading matters. Excellent place to purchase gifts for all ages and interests.
