Love the vibe and atmosphere here. Emily and her staff are great - very welcoming, knowledgeable & thorough. I had hydrafacial and also got products from the line they carry, Environ, which I am so far loving and seeing great results only a few weeks in. Highly recommend Laze, Emily def knows her stuff about anything skin related! Cant wait to give microneedling a try.

If I could give 10 STARS I would!!! I would highly, without any hesitation, recommend Laze London to anyone with skin or hair removal needs. In fact, I have recommended it to several of my friends!  Before I met Emily, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. I was embarrassed about my skin and I didn't think anyone could help. Well, I don't know what I was worried about because Emily is one of the most welcoming and understanding skin specialists I have met. She is kind and makes you feel at ease. She walks you through the process, goes above and beyond to answer even your silliest questions or concerns, and gives great tips about maintenance. She is very professional and patient and makes you feel comfortable and always ensures that I am 100% satisfied with my results. And because the treatments are very affordable, I keep coming back. Thank you, Emily, for helping me feel beautiful in my own skin!

I am new to the laser hair removal so I was skeptical at first however, Emily at Laze London is amazing! Since my first treatment she made me feel super comfortable and let me in on what would be best for my skin. Emily is extremely skilled at what she does and the amount of knowledge and self experiences that she has had with hair removal is very insightful. The customer service level is top notch, there is never a problem working around my work schedule. I have already recommended to all my friends and hope to see her have a successful business :)

I would recommend Laze to all of my family and friends. Emily, the business owner, is extremely professional and makes you feel comfortable with her knowledge and kindness. 10/10 for the laser hair removal, the atmosphere, and the high level of expertise.

Don’t waste your money or time. Emily will only get half your hair in one visit so you have to come more and spend more. I have perfectly parallel, spaced stripes the size of the laser surface on my bikini area (not random patches). She didn’t even touch underneath with the laser which I had told her during my appointment but she insisted the laser will still “get it”. Not one hair fell out underneath... It’s not that the laser “missed hair” which is the excuse she tried to feed me. I expect someone to do the job I am paying them to do. I do not recommend this place.

I was referred to Laze by a client of mine, and he said nothing but positive things about his experience with Emily, and he wasn't wrong by any means...Being in sales, customer service/interaction is huge for me, and Emily didn't drop the ball at all. She was friendly and very professional.. When she noticed that I was getting uncomfortable, she accommodated me and would start talking, which would take my mind off of everything.Keep up the AMAZING work Emily, I look forward to our next session in a few weeks!

I’m not going to give this company a low star review because they are a local, female run business which is just amazing and they do an absolutely amazing job marketing themselves on social media which I think reflects their clientele. I did however feel that it was very sales oriented, and if I didn’t already Know going into my complimentary session that I wanted to try Environ products and knew the cost, I would have felt very pressured to buy the products during that session. I also felt like she was just trying to sell me on the most current promotional treatment rather than a skin plan that worked for me. The reason I left was because of a scheduling issue, which I understand happens, but I was notified of cancellation at 11pm the night before my 11am appointment and was given 3 different excuses as to why the cancellation. I will admit that she has tried to reach out to apologize and reschedule, which I would have done had there hadn’t been 3 different excuses. I also just received the same treatment from another local business and felt that they did a more thorough job. I understand that these ladies manage a lot and life gets busy, but I think it’s important to provide excellent customer service and care over trying to book as many people in as possible!

Emily is an amazing technician who was happy to accommodate me and all of my questions regarding laser hair removal. The procedures I've had with her have been comfortable and efficient. I personally have seen great results with my treatments (bikini line) and will continue to see Emily for laser treatment of other areas. Wouldn't go anywhere else. So glad I found her.

I can't say enough great things about Emily and her clinic! She always explains every detail of the treatments she will be performing on me, is very friendly, professional and is extremely passionate about making her clients leave happy! Highly recommended!
