I usually go through drive-thru before and after work, and the service is good.They do end up closing for about 15 to 20 minutes sometime between 11:30pm and 12am for system reset. Keep that in mind if you're looking to grab something to eat in the middle of the night.

They messed up aging surprised I think not the just can't get an order right months in a row. And how they make a buger is just horrible everything in a ball yum yum. This is supposedly there new buger but it has no new sauce on it and 5 little onion crssip's

I must say I come to and also use SPYCE to get Mc donalds and I must say it's the most inconsistent restaurant under the Mc Donald's Brand , I go here in the morning before work and am meet with a sour tone from the morning cashier evert time .And to top it off the employees can't even get 2 cream half a sugar right in a coffee how is anyone still employed if they can't do the JOB .They flat out lie about send the order out complete when in fact it wasn't.To the OWNER I know at some point you got in to this franchises because you wanted to bring quality a good customer service to the people of PRINCE RUPERT but I must say IN the last 3 years it has been anything but that .I am sorry to be the one to say it BUT this is indeed a fact .

I visit this McDonalds daily for my morning coffee and my lunch break. Whether I go inside or go through the drive through I’m always greeted with kindness. I never expect a conversation as they interact with many people all day, but usually they still ask how my day has been! I had an issue with my coffee this morning and the manager was extremely apologetic and quick to replace it. She even thanked me for being so understanding!! Honestly, the customer service and quality of this McDonalds has drastically improved in the last year or so. Remember, the employees are human like you and I, if you treat them with respect they respect you back!!

Was just there 10 minutes ago. I ordered a SUPERSIZED meal at the drive-through and was told by some rude east indian guy who was apparently the manager that I in fact DID NOT SAY SUPERSIZED" and that they couldn't change my order

This location was easy to access while passing through on the highway. Lots of parking. The food was hot and fresh. Staff was polite and efficient. The Decore is somewhat dated but it was clean.
