We have dealt with this compampany since the '90s and they have always given nothing but the very best of what they do!! Great company and team!!

Outstanding service, great ground staff.Professional quality.

They mostly showed up when they said they would (one skipped appointment with no notice or reason given). The owner is very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. The problem is the techs that are sent out for service. They are not worth it. We had several techs in the 3 weeks they serviced our pool. The first asked us to overfill the pool which meant we then had to empty (waste) water we just paid to put in the pool. The second tech didn't bother to fully extend the drain hose and flooded our yard & driveway. The last tech couldn't do the simple calculation to add the appropriate amount of salt and raised the salt level to almost 5000ppm! This required another drain of the pool and re-filling at a significant cost. All of these issues were brought up with the owner. He never responded, which just shows that he's not too concerned about the quality of the service his company provides.Edit: After posting this review the owner called me. A bit late and obviously prompted. I don't believe they are trying to be a bad company, probably the opposite. The owner was very nice and apologetic but didn't offer anything in the way of compensation (to be clear: I did not post this to get compensation or a reaction from the company, only to post about my experience). He asked us to try them again but didn't offer to discount any services. Having 3 bad experiences in a row does not lead me to want to try them again.

Prior to our new pool liner installation, l alerted the company representative that there were some jagged rocks and debris at the bottom of the pool floor and to please address this issue “prior to installation of the new liner”.In spite of my warnings, the company proceeded to install the new $8000 pool liner without doing the proper floor preparation (for which l would have gladly paid extra).As a result, the new pool liner immediately started leaking an excess amount of water.I emailed the owner who sent a diver to investigate. So, literally after 1 week with our new $8000 pool liner, the diver discovered 12 punctured holes!!! that required patches.Then the owner had the nerve to have me, the client, pay the cost for diver: approx. $400. This after my specific warning re: pool floor and spending $8000!. A complete disregard to providing proper customer service.I subsequently sent a long and very detailed email outlining how very disappointed l was with this whole experience.The reply was subjective and completely self-serving. As a result, I lost complete confidence and trust in the owner and the company.It was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.I strongly recommend to stay away from this company.

After doing extensive research before getting my pool, this company was by the best. They value their work and their customers. They are honest, dependable and their work is next level 150%. I have had my pool for three years now and never once had I had an issue. I would highly highly recommend.

I have been a Clean-Clear Pool customer now for more than 15 years and felt that after all of the good experiences that I have had with Andrew, Katie, Jonathan, and team, that it was high time that I write them a strong review. Clean-Clear Pools opens, closes and repairs my pool, and also did an extensive renovation back in the summer of 2008 which is still fully operational.Overall, great people and prompt, professional service from front office to open/close team, to the repair team. Having been in business for many years myself, I can imagine that a pool business must have special staffing challenges with a burst of work required in spring and fall, steadier workload work over the summer, and a down period during the winter.Special shout out to Jonathan (10 out of 10) who leads the repair, maintenance team + and always does his best to quickly respond to emergency repair requests, especially common during the crazy spring opening period or following storms. The pandemic has also crimped equipment availability so I have appreciated Jonathan's ability to keep my equipment operational as we wait for the pool industry supply chain to catch-up to requirements. Our Family has been using Clean and Clear Pool Services for 20 years! Great staff, prompt, clean, and affordably priced. Customer service (Mrs. Katie) has been nothing but excellent! Huge shout out to Johnathan! His maintenance skills and expertise has never failed us! You all are great!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Very neat and professional quality work. Amazing team with a bunch of great guys. They operate in an efficient and timely manner. Superbly kind and understanding individuals. I would definitely recommend doing business with them. 10/10
