They did a good job except that my snow shovels are missing and my ice scraper. Lucky for me my son is the manager of the entire operation so they are going to replace it no worries it's summer time right now

Great service and extremely accommodating when detailing my vehicle. I was very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and friendliness exuded by all staff members. I highly recommend this company for your vehicle detailing and any other cleaning services you may require.

Dr. Clean's management is incompetent and a bunch of liars. My basement flooded, they would not send anyone without first providing a credit card number. When the technician arrived, they couldn't complete the job in the time before the end of her shift so I said thanks anyways and hired another local contractor. I called Dr. Clean to confirm we wouldn't be charged, the receptionist who I will call Mary confirmed I wouldn't be charged. She even confirmed an invoice would be sent confirming this, which of course never came. The supervisor calls back shortly after asking if they can do anything to help, and that they could send someone else later to finish the job. I said no thanks and that their technician said it was a two person job and seeing I was on the clock to save my carpet and baseboard that I couldn't wait. I was never told I was going to be charged for a callout. Fast forward 7 days later, I get billed for a $226 callout, 4 days later I receive an unsigned invoice. I call Dr Clean multiple times, 5 to be precise, each time it's a different story, management is in a meeting, they're sick, don't know where they are, etc. Each time I am told someone will call me right back and it's crickets until I call back the next time ever more irate. After much pushing I am told that it's their policy to charge for callouts, (even if they are incapable of completing the work as promised), and that there was nothing more to be said. I had to hear this through the dispatcher as management didn't have the backbone to deal directly with an angry customer who they essentially stole from. Buyer beware, steer clear of Dr. Clean.

Have been using Dr Clean's services for a while now and I must say they are very good at what they do. Every single staff member they have sent me has been fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Pleasure doing business with you guys.

They did an awesome job on our apt windows, including the glass on the balcony! Would recommend them anytime!

Excellent cleaning of my truck and car. Very professional staff and convenient easy way to book appointments. I've been to several detailing companies in the Sudbury and area and Dr Clean is by far the best for quality of work and price.

We brought our vehicle there yesterday and they did a great job. The vehicle looked good and smelled good. It was extremely dirty after the winter and two dogs. The staff were excellent to deal with. I would recommend. I will be back in the future.

I own a small business in Sudbury and Dr. Clean has the cleaning contract for our office. Superb customer service and very responsive and adaptable to our business needs.I also had our vehicles detailed by the group and they did a killer job. Really impressive work and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Brought our car in for a total cleaning inside and out. Compared to the last place we took it, they were ten times better! Everything was spotless. I especially appreciated a phone call to inform us of possible extra charges due to pet hair cleaning. They were also super fast!

Update: I was contacted by the shop manager who was very professional and understanding. Although my busy schedule doesn't allow me the time to return with my vehicle, I'm very impressed with their willingness to help and overall professionalism.Had my 2015 Sierra cleaned here. Anyone I spoke to was friendly and professional, however upon picking my truck up, I was disappointed with the quality of work. While the interior is very clean, most of my carpeting in the truck was left DRENCHED. I was expecting the interior to be damp, with a little condensation on the windshield overnight, but I had actual water drops running down my windshield the morning after. I pulled my floor mats out to find that the carpet was almost soggy. The exterior detailing job was typical of what you would find at a used car dealership. I had wax left on my chrome grille bezel, bugs were waxed over, my chrome bumpers never received a thorough cleaning with water spots and most of the bugs from last weekend's trip to camp still remaining. I thought at first my clear coat was burnt from the polisher/buffer that may or may not have been used, however upon closer inspection I had tire and trim dressing everywhere on the truck. I wouldn't recommend Dr Clean to anyone who has any detailing experience of their own, and that take pride of ownership in a vehicle, seek the services of professional automotive detailers in that case, as the results will be to that of a higher standard. For those that simply want a clean car but are not meticulous, I'm sure you'd be happy with the work here. Focusing on the positives however, I did get a wax and a shampoo, my truck is waxed, interior is shampoo'd and very clean.
