Generally carries good staples but not dependably. Prices have increased without being accompanied by changes in quality. They do not seem to update their own hours (recently I did for them). Friendly but not terribly helpful staff.

This store is laid out kind of weirdly. There is a fitting room to the right of the register, but I didn't see any kind of signage indicating its location. Also, when I'd finished trying on clothes there was nowhere convenient to return them to, just a rack on the opposite wall.

Consistently bad customer service from people who clearly can’t be bothered to deal with customers or do any work. Both times I have come here I’ve been completely ignored at checkout while the staff stood around chatting.

Couple months ago I went to the GoldenMile store and saw a pair of Camo Mens joggers that I love. This location didn't have my size so the lady checked the system and there were 3 smalls at the St. Clair and Bathurst location. The following week I called the St Clair location to check if it was in stock. The lady who picked up was very well spoken. I had the sku for her to check, but she instead asked me to describe the item instead. As I was describing, I also told her it's a clearance item so it might help her to locate it quicker. She was quick to reply back with We don't have a clearance section".I found this very absurd as I know there are many clearance racks at this location. I didn't want to argue. Instead

This store totally wasn't what I expected it to be, which is good and bad. It was a lot smaller and more fancy than expected. So on one hand it was nice to be in, but they barely had anything that I was looking for compared to other Joe Fresh locations. At least there is a lot of parking and a great Loblaws upstairs.

Absolutely shocked being unable to return my wife's purchase not having her debit card. Never heard of this practice ever. A store would put their customer service rating at risk for not doing that. Pls refund my gas money I wasted driving to your store on my day off.

I like this store more than any other here in Toronto. Most of it cos of the stuff who are really helpful and friendly. Prices are good, style is, you know, typical Joe Fresh but that's ok!!! All in all, great place, nice and fancy things and friendly stuff!!!

Great place for cheap essentials that are well made. Things like tees, gym shorts, sweats, etc.The women's section is considerably larger than the men's, so bring a book if you're going with your wife so you don't get bored and cause trouble.... Remember, idle hands make the devil's work.
