The worst haircut I have ever received. I was in there over an hour and came out with the worst hair cut in my entire life. Hate it there, bad music, awkward people, bad experience. Just a normal person not wanting anyone else to waste any money. As seen in photos, sides were done awfully. Front is completely misshaped, I now have a hole on the top of my head which I never had??? I really don't know how they messed up this bad. I have been to discount haircutters that surpassed this by 10x. Do not know if I just got an awful barber. But then I called talking about why I am dissatisfied and if there's anything they can do. Was told Dude I was in here while you were in here

I recieved a hair cut and color by Michelle. I had a very good experience and service here. If your looking for korean hairstyles like a wolfcut, or a korean mullet: She is definitely my go to stylist. They were very accommodating, showed diligence and care when working on my hair. The results came out amazing, and as I wanted. They also gave good recommendations on hair products they felt would benefit me. Definitely will be coming back!

I have had many unpleasant hair salon experiences. This is why I was so happy to finally find Chanel! She is INCREDIBLE! I have never felt so confient or beautiful after leaving a hair appointment! She is incredibly professional, and does amazing work! She is easy to talk to and makes me feel super comfortable! She is talks you through the whole process so there aren’t any surprises! I have recommended her to MANY people as she is just amazing!

Salon is located at a great downtown location with parking. They are all welcoming and positive fun environment. Brianka has been doing my hair for years and with all her recommendations and treatments my hair has been the healthiest and longest it’s ever been. She is an expert at colour, her love and talent shows in her work. Highly recommend going to Brianka and this salon.

I just love my appointments with Briana at Luxe Appeal! Briana has perfected my colour, she knows to adjust my colour to the seasons, I never leave with a single grey showing. She’s lovely to chat with also. I’ll admit the shampoo is my fave part. She doesn’t rush this part either. I’ve booked all the way to Christmas! Highly recommend.

I just got my haircut and colored by Laura! I feel like a whole new person. The colour is a great fit for me and it’s so easy to manage.
