It was pretty uneventful. We didn't buy anything. There was very limited selection of children's and babies items as well as almost no toys so that was unfortunate for my 2 littles. The staff are always very friendly and helpful!

Called to check if the have any bath robes as my resort in Vernon has none that are my size and was told to come drive by and check the aisles myself. After explaining the situation to the store manager over the phone was told “I’m sorry I’m busy”The winners in Vernon and Home sense both checked over the phone. I was put on hold but still got my answer from them because they know how to do they’re job.don’t recommend this poor establishment.

Always clean inside, lots to choose from. Cheaper prices - I feel that there is more shoe selection for women here than at winners. Men's shoes there isn't much at all!

Great selection! Great prices.. There are always items to look forward to specially they do discount more often here. I also like the idea that the store is always full of products to choose from. However the staff are not that friendly and sometimes are insufficient specially in the cashier area.

The store had security and sales rep shadowing me (following me around the store). Which was very obvious, whereas, my white husband was busy looking for stuff freely without being followed. I felt so uncomfortable. I experienced this in the state not Canada but this store is the first place that made me feel unwelcome. I will stick to winners where the staffs are nice and friendly I won’t be coming to this location anymore. Not worth it

Good customer service, lineup move quickly, pricing is fair on a wide range of different products, could use a wider range of men's footwear but other then that always good to stop in, I'm sure you will find somthing.
