Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)

I have shopped at numerous other Tip Top locations, however my first experience here was subpar. Their closing time is just a suggestion, I walked in 3 minutes to close needing to buy a few pairs of pants. Yes I understand that closing time means, however I knew what I wanted and I would have been quick in and out. I was greeted with we are closed the til is shut off". I responded with I don't live in Kelowna but they didn't seem to care or respond. I don't think expecting people to be fully open until their posted hours is unreasonable. Customer service is what drives business

Staff is rude there, save your time and money and goto Moores. I went shopping for a suit and the only reason I turned away from Tip Top was because of the rude staff member. I ended up going to Moores and they were very helpful

I have gone to tip top several times over the last couple years for suits for weddings, work, and otherwise. They always go the extra mile in making sure I save as much as I can and even ideas of what clothes to match with others. Tip top will continue to be my go to!

Staff are super friendly! The selection of clothes is great - lots of styles for different tastes. The prices are super high, but they always have a decent clearance section at the back which is nice.It's nice to have a place to take my 6'3 fourteen year old son - he always finds cool stuff he loves which helps him fit in at school too. Visited on a Saturday in May at the start of Grad season. Excellent customer service from highly knowledgeable + experienced staff. No need to try on multiple sizes + suggestions offered were an excellent match for what we were seeking. Whole experience took less than 30mins but did not feel rushed or pressured into decisions. Definitely will return in future. Excellent professional ready-to-wear tailors.

Raymond is the man. Can't say enough about the customer service from Raymond and Tiptop today. He made sure a greasy hillbilly in wranglers and a work shirt shines right up for when my wife flies out to visit. Working on his faith, went in for some shirts and Slacks, he's got me more shined up than a GQ magazine minus the Rolex. Worked selections with the sales to make sure I would get the best deals of the store, took ample time with me to ensure I was happy.Again. Thanks. I've gone into stores fresh from work and treated like I shouldn't be in there. To have people understand we're not shined up all time means the world to me. I've been treated like gum on a shoe for showing up in less than suit in other stores. I'll gladly pay the pst here to get the repeat service I got today.

Recently made a purchase at Tip Top. I had the pleasure of being attended to byJeff. Jeff made the entire experience, from picking colours, sizing to alterations, totally seamless! Jeff has perfected his craft and customer service bringing it to a level that makes it easy and enjoyable for the customer! Great selection, superior service!

Needed a suit and showed some pictures. I was set up with lots of options and had ot measured for tailoring right away. Great knowledgeable and helpful staff.
