Typical downtown office building. They are starting to open more stores and restaurants but the commercial level is still mostly empty. COVID Hasn't helped.

Maybe it’s because it has been a while since I have been in this building, but I was quite struck by how clean and beautiful it was. The security guards here are always around and surprisingly knowledgeable and helpful. It is a shame that Service Canada is no longer in the building. Many of the other amenities are gone because of COVID which is a shame but those helpful security guards are still there and seem to be working very hard! Bravo! I hope this building can return to the gem it once was when COVID is over. Fingers crossed

The only place in their Antones hair salon my wife goes there other then that it's EMPTY EMPTY JUST TERRIBLE FOR A BUILDING OF THIS SIZE.

Olly Fresco's is a fabulous place to go for a quick breakfast like a muffin, fresh fruit or yogurt. They have a huge variety of foods, beverages, etc to choose from. They always have a fresh salad bar and a hot lunch buffet. They charge by weight, and if you are not careful it can add up to a costly meal, but it's always delicious.

The only reason to go is if you work there. I would stay away if I could. The parking garage looks like a Doom level.

There's some small shops inside. I mostly use the building to walk through to get out of the cold.
