Jeremy was amazing! Excellent communication every step of the way. Called the morning of to confirm and texted before arrival. Efficiently took apart furniture, navigated staircase, and removed everything, including some additional items. Friendly and professional. Outstanding service. Junk Tacklers Junk Removal is a fantastic company! They are professional, timely, and affordable.After we moved to a smaller home, we kept a storage unit of the items which wouldn't fit in our new place. We originally had arranged to use another company, but the day before we they contacted us and said that due to an increase in their company expenses, they had to raise their rate from $575 to $650.When we called Junk Tacklers for a quote, we did not tell them about the other company's quote. They made an appointment for 48 hours from the day we called. We were pleasantly surprised when they showed up, gave us a quote of that was almost 10% less than their competitor, and was prepared to complete the job within the hour.What impressed us the most is that we paid and left Junk Tacklers busy with clearing out the storage unit. Ninety minutes later we received pictures of a empty storage unit, a loaded truck, and an electronic copy of our receipt. In addition, they went over and above what was required by sweeping out the storage unit and making sure it was spotless.Jeremy and the staff at Junk Tacklers are the answer any junk removal needs you may have.

I had a few large items, like couches & a dresser, along with some boxes and excess items that needed to be donated/dropped off at the dump. I called on a Monday and Jeremy had next day availability! He was very professional, polite and on time. I was suprised that he was the only one who showed up but he was able to tackle all the items in a timely fashion. The price was reasonable and he quoted an amount before starting. I was impressed that he took initiative and asked me if I wanted a receipt for the items that I requested to be donated and followed through. I would 10/10 recommend Junk Tacklers to anyone looking for a great cleanup and/or junk removal job!
