Modo was great to work with. What was so refreshing was that he was willing to work with is even though we had a strong relationship with our bank and he knew we would likely go with them. He educated us extensively, got us a great deal, and then was very supportive when our bank matched the deal. He effectively helped us get the best mortgage possible, even though it was not to his advantage. That type of selflessness is unheard of from a mortgage broker.
