Great and friendly service. I ran into mechanical issues during my service. The jiffy team got my truck running for me enough to get to a mechanic. Which unfortunately closed a bay down while it was busy for a couple of hours. They never charged me for the extra time there or for the extra staff it took to get my truck running which saved me a tow bill. I will be an honest customer

Just brought my Jeep GC in for a oil change and filter. Excellent service. Checked most everything: air filter, front and rear diffs., transfer case, washer fluid top off free of charge, and tire pressure fill. They go above and beyond and price was right on with a current special on even when businesses have had to close during these difficult circumstances. And as a token gesture to stay safe, with their own safety precautions in place during this pandemic, they provided a small bottle of hand sanitizer for the road. Thanks guys. You are awesome! -- Dor

As a customer who has been going here, because they were" fast and seemed to do a decent job not to mention decent prices. I was appalled to see that when I sent my little brother to get an oil change for me they 1) Didn't clarify what kind of oil was to go into my vehicle 2) when I confronted the manager about this

I guess they close 45 minutes early and stare at you instead of doing a 10 minute oil change. What great service and lack of caring from a business.

This place is lame. I recommend any other place in town tbh. I pulled up, guy inside looks right at me and decides not to open the door. Now if you try tell me that bay was closed then put up a sign or come out and let a person know, I went somewhere and they opened the door soon as they seen me turning in. Stay away from jiffy

I really thought I made a good move going to this place! Sure, yeah, they changed the oil, do these guys know what the full line means on a dipstick! I wonder which dipstick it was that over filled my oil!!

I just had my vehicle serviced at this location and as I pulled out I noticed my vents started making a weird noise it did not make before. So I literally turned around, told the guy what I had noticed and he told me that I should have a mechanic look at it(!?) I’m not sure what these guys did but now I have this loud rattling sound exactly after I left their shop and they offered no assistance in figuring out what they did wrong. I own three vehicles and had used this shop for oil changes and now I’m about as dissatisfied as I ever expected to be w a service as straight forward as an oil change. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
