I used this company for many years. Although their equipment was older, the place was kept clean and was in a convenient location. Recently they raised their prices from 160 for 20 sessions to 220 plus tax and they expire after 1 year. No way. Calling around I found most other facilities now charge per minute and they don’t expire. The biggest package is 500 for 185 plus tax! I tried one of the facilities and found all brand new machines, beautiful aesthetics and I signed up! Bye bye tanning world.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Clean and well maintained beds. Great experience!

Love going here but tried to come the last two days 15 minutes before closing and it's already closed. Hours of operation should be adjusted if this is the case..

Honestly speaking, what a rip off. I don’t leave reviews often, so believe me when I do it’s major. I have purchased a package here which is pricy compared to other places I’ve been to. I’m new to Whitby coming from Toronto, and would like to stay local. Unfortunately it’s not happening.Sessions expire in a year. They will not advise you with a courtesy call/email nor mention it when you’re there that the expiry date is coming to an end. I’m shocked at how this was handled . Simply took my money with a smile.I was there about a month ago and wasn’t told I was expiring. Remember that we were in a pandemic and I have a baby at home so I’m not running to go tanning every week.My last session was actually horrible. I’ve never had such an uneven tan before, and it was recommended by the receptionist…but I didn’t say anything. I still walked in with a smile.I’m done with this place. Taking my business elsewhere, Happily.

The woman he owns the place is very sweet and very informative & knowledgeable with regards to her products and her beds. Thank you

Staff are super friendly. The beds are high powered, so you do not need to be in for long. Also they were open on boxing day!

Clean and machines are well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and will help you find a machine and determine how long you need. Their machines are strong as they definitely change the lights as needed. Overall a good tanning salon, no complaints.

Though the beds are great and they are very clean the over tanned middle aged lady that works there is not friendly and quite rude. A little friendliness goes along way!!!

Have been going there since it opened, wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff is pleasent and the beds are always clean. I never had to wait. Im in and out quick. Ive been coming here for 2 years. I love it!
