My kids absolutely love being in the class and the instructors and it has changed them for the better. 10/10

I have had two boys go through their programme, and both can attest to how it gave them self-discipline and self-regulation. From a parent’s point of view, the kids learn self esteem and great self-defence skills. Staff is very welcoming and hold the members to a high standard.

As a Mom with a 6 y/o boy enrolled at Peaceful Warriors, I have been nothing but impressed! Their instructors are highly trained and tough but kind. My Son is thriving there and at home as he learns to have a blackbelt attitude" in every facet of his life. I have 3 more children coming up

Art Mason's Peaceful Warriors' Martial Arts Institute is an excellent school overall. Their focus is on real-world self defense, and they are VERY good at it. If you are looking for tournament fighting, this is not your best option; but if you're looking for a well rounded martial arts curriculum, this is your place. The school has a number of masters level martial artists associated with it which helps bring a diversity of experiences and outlooks to the students. Expect that you will be challenged physically and mentally by attending classes here (in a good way!). The atmosphere is simply EXCELLENT. The school feels more like a family than anything else. I strongly recommend this school to you.

I am an adult student who has joined the school as a form of exercise and to learn self defence. I have learned a lot in less than a year and have enjoyed my time. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have also watched the kids program and have seen the kids learning and having fun. Their programs are structured and disciplined while having fun learning. I am always looking forward to go to my next class.

Staff & instructors are very professional, kids programs are exceptional dealing with personal needs of the individual. Kyusho classes are fun & the instructors make it exciting

I started training in martial arts back in 1999, and bounced around to a couple different schools. Some of them were ok, but just didn't fit into what I was looking for. After a few years of looking, I spoke with Grandmaster Art Mason and he told me to come in and try out a class at their Essex location. That location was eventually closed and I think I was yellow belt green stripe. At the time, work and school was taking over so I decided to put my training on hold.I returned to training in 2009 and haven’t looked back. I have always found that it’s been a welcoming and learning environment regardless if you’re on the mats for your very first time or a long time student coming back to train like I was. The teachers are there to guide you through this journey and will give you that push when it's needed. They're truly there to see you succeed.Since it's a curriculum based school, there is always something new to learn and to challenge you. The classes are high energy and will instill self-esteem, self-confidence and respect. Along with that, the physical aspect of the classes is a great stress reliever and will challenge any fitness level.I know this has helped me in every aspect of my life. I would highly recommend this school to anyone that is looking to build self-confidence, self-esteem or just looking to learn real world self-defense.

Peaceful Warriors I give 10 stars ... Instructors are fantastic ... I have 2 children 6 and 14 in two different levels of instruction. I have full respect for what's being taught here ... self defence not kicking someone's butt. I recommend this place 100 %

Having attended and watched the classes in session I see that the management and Instructors are top notch and very effective. I would highly recommend taking a tour of the facility.
