Flowers on York

I have ordered a number of arrangements with Flowers on York over the last two years. I have always been very happy with the quality, value and service. Most recently, I received email notification once the arrangement was delivered - How awesome! Any flowers I have received have lasted so long.

I am a last minute type person and have been blown away with the service by Flowers on York on serval occasions! From last minute prom corsages, sympathy, funeral flowers, and even Thinking of you bouquets, the quality, the beauty and attention to every detail have been wonderful.

I can't recommend this flower shop highly enough. I called last minute to order flowers for my parents' 50th anniversary. I spoke to Jill I believe. It was right before the store closed and I needed the bouquet delivered the next morning. To make matters more complicated I had no idea what I wanted to purchase and I also wasn't sure where exactly to have the flowers delivered because my father is in a long term care home and I wanted a surprise delivery. Anyway, I finally got my act together and left the store a voicemail after hours with complicated instructions about how and when I wanted the flowers delivered. I wasn't sure how it was going to work out because I was so unorganized, but my mom told me the vase of bright cheery flowers was delivered to my father's dining room table in the home while she was feeding him lunch (exactly how I had wanted). She said they were beautiful and brightened up her day and my father's room - she was so happy their 50th did not go by unnoticed. I'm tearing up writing this review, I am just so thankful that I found the right place! I happened to read another review about how someone felt taken advantage of because she lived miles away. Well, I happen to live in Hawaii - you can't get further away than that. My experience has been completely the opposite. I will use Flowers on York any time I need to have flowers delivered from long distance. I trust them completely! Highly recommend!!!!

I do not recommend the Gourmet Baskets. You can easily stop at the dollar store and pick up a basket, go across the street to No Frills and fill up the basket with fruit/savoury and sweet items. They are the items that they use. Completely shocked that they don't use the local chocolates, cheese, meat etc... not worth the price tag at all!!!

Beyond exceptional! We called from out of town for flowers for our mother’s funeral. Staff worked with me to get what we needed delivered on time even though our location was out of their usual delivery area and they were gorgeous. Both items were creative and complimented each other. All of this for a reasonable price.Thanks for making what could be a difficult time just that much easier. I would highly recommend Flowers on York for any floral needs.

The best funeral and Life Celebration Flowers I’ve ever seen. Stratford is well served by the heart and talent put into every arrangement. I’m continually amazed by the level of care and service.

Called on a Saturday and they weren’t open. Very disappointing! I was in business for years and yes it’s awful working when everyone else is off but that’s what you do if you want to run a business. Will not call back on weekday out if principle.

We wanted to give my mom a special bouquet delivered on her birthday. She appreciated the thought but unfortunately what she got looked nothing like what we ordered. Nobody called us to say the bouquet would be different. I paid nearly $70 for a bouquet that was worth < $30. I am extremely disappointed in this business. I feel that they took advantage of the fact I live miles away.

Went into store today to send flowers to Waterloo and told they don't do it. When explained situation she made it happen. It brightened not only the recipients day but mine. Thankyou

Loved my experience! I sent my girlfriend who lives in a different province flowers and they were very helpful with making sure they were delivered at the right time and place. Highly recommend.
