I recently attended a one hour Mentally Well Together group session with Aaron, and it was excellent! Not only insightful information on how depression and anger are connected, but also a very practical time where he allowed us to go through a process, pausing while we journalled and made notes and so we actually made some progress by the end of the session! Highly recommend. His style is so down to earth, genuine, and not intimidating - creating a safe place to learn, process, and share if you wish to, but no pressure or being put on the spot.
