Booked an 8:45 am appointment but the secretary didn't show up until 9:45 am. No office hours online and 1 phone number or all 4 GTA locations.If it's a convenient location for you and you have no other schedules, go for it! Doctor on-call was kind and even stepped in for their secretary's role.

Worst clinic , after booking an appointment and signing in for a yellow fever vaccine for 3 hours , they told me they don't carry it and would give me a referral....don't waste your time here if you can avoid most patients had a 3-5hour waiting time

On two occasions I have booked an appointment only to have them call me the day of (once literally 15 minutes before) my appointment to tell me they had mistakenly booked me in and had to cancel and reschedule. This is after I got confirmation emails from them the day before and had booked time off work to make the appointment. My experience in the clinic was great, but the extreme inconvenience of the scheduling process has been frustrating and disappointing.

I saw Dr. Amirabbas Rostami. He is very humble and honest. He introduced himself as an International Medical Graduate ( he is an interventional cardiologist in his native country ) and RN in Canada. Amir explained everything very thoroughly and patiently. He is very passionate in his career and a very responsible person. I strongly recommend him .
