Always friendly and helpful .Loved the gift wrap service . Only issue I ever have is the fragrance /air freshener they pump in .I have strong scent allergies so I cannot be in any of your stores for very long.

I have had many experiences with D C Taylor Jewelers all of which have been memorable. The staff and family treat you as though you are their best friend or a relative they haven’t seen in a while. I must admit I have gone into the store looking as though I couldn’t afford anything in the store but I was treated as though I was the most valued customer to ever walk through the door. I am a loyal and faithful customer and truly enjoy it when I shop at D C Taylor’s. I especially like that they carry Canadian diamonds and items that represent Canada, as this is very important to me. I would and do recommend D C Taylor Jewelers to anyone who asks or if they like what they see my family wearing.

I love dealing with DC Taylor Jewellers. I have made gift purchases, repairs and had new jewelllry made. The staff are experienced and very helpful. The prices are very good having something to fit every budget. Quality goods and friendly service. What more could you ask for!

Very friendly staff which is why they get 2 stars. Had 3 watch batteries replaced and the receipt did say they are not responsible for the water proofing of the watch, however that is no reason to screw the back of the watch on and leave the rubber gaskets hanging out. Wore the watch in the shower and it stopped working. Plus one strap was not attached properly. A quick clean would have been a real value add but that didn't happen either. Hope the other 2 watches will be ok.

Thank You to the lady sales clerk who helped me last night. Wonderful service, easy smile. I found a gift there that I have been looking for for almost 3 years! As I entered the store whatever made me do it I looked to my left to a shelf slightly hidden at the front of the store. And there upon the one shelf was EXCATELY what I had been looking for!! I was like WOW this is fate. I had gone in as I need cleaning cloths for gifts I had bought my granddaughters and walked out with them , the FIND" and very happy. TY TY TY . After having gotten really bad service at another jewelry store earlier that day

The downtown location is great! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Had a great shopping experience. However their other location across from the mall I felt had terrible service and unattentive staff..just my observation. I was shopping for a Christmas gift and started off at their location across from the mall...after 10 minutes of walking around with no assistance...i left and went to their downtown location which was a way better experience.
