Hyundai Riviere-Du-Loup

After breaking down near Rivière-du-Loup this dealership saved us from a ruined vacation. Our car needed a whole new motor which would take weeks to get done. They let us borrow a car for the whole time.

We were traveling across country and our engine started throwing a code and making it go into limp mode. We arrived at 8am. They fixed our car, provided us with warm beverages and a nice comfortable warm place to wait while it was snowing outside. They were so helpful and kind and quick with getting us back on our voyage!

le vendeur etait tres professionnel et intentionner . j ai fait une tres bonne acquisition sans pression du vendeur et j en suis tres contant. le vendeur est honnete et l accord a ete respecte . j adore les gadgets qui assiste a la conduite et le vendeur m a aider a entrer mon telephone et station de radio.super service pour un client tres satisfait.

J'y suis allée pour l'auto de mon père. Un très bon service! Le gérant du service est très sympathique. J'ai aussi pu essayer une Elantra de l'année. J'ai été agréablement surprise de voir l'évolution de ces voitures!!! Ça roule hyper bien, ça vient tout équipé de base et il y a des gadgets que je n'avais jamais vu sur d'autres véhicules.

One of your sales team completely took advantage of my son when he came looking for his first cheap car to go to work. The car that YOU plated for the road and sold to him knowing he would be driving it daily had a dangerous failure of the front suspension within a week. When he called, you told him it was sold to him as a “parts only” car and you were in no way responsible.This was not explained to him at the time of sale and he did not read the contract fully when signing.I understand “buyer beware” and my sons inexperience cost him a lot of hard earned money.However, if this is how you do business I would urge future customers to BEWARE!Finally your salesman is EXTREMELY lucky my son was not injured when the control arm failed.EDITAs I can not leave another review I want to say one last thing to you.Yes 1700 is a very cheap car.Yes my son should have read the contract.My son had no need for a parts car. He told you he needed a work car.Your business knowingly put plates on a dangerously unroadworthy vehicle and watched him drive out of your driveway and travel 250km back to Quebec City in that car. This is at the least dishonest and should in my opinion be illegal.This is the last post I will make.

Fixed our car sameday wirh no appt. Made every effort to satisfy us and gave us a loaner to explore the area while we waited.
