Fantastic craftsmanship, service, attention to detail, price - all around blown away. I had an engagement ring custom made by Néwa and from the initial consultation to the final product they impressed at every stage. They were accommodating and informative and helped bring my design vision to life. We were so happy we commissioned them to make our wedding bands as well. Again totally bang on. 10/10.

I took a silver necklace in to get it remade as a rose gold necklace for my aunt. When I got the final necklace, it looked a little odd (the pendant was not loose on the chain, it was attached to the clasp) and I mentioned this so they showed the original and it was the same situation. I thought it was weird but I'm not familiar with that necklace so I just took it and gave it to my aunt. When she saw it, she told me they had rearranged her original necklace and duplicated it on the rose gold necklace so she had to go to another jeweler to get it re-done. They are very nice people but the attention to detail is lacking.

I took my platinum wedding set in for sizing; after consulting with Sanford and trying many different sizes of rings on, my size was determined and the ring was sized. The cost was quite high to size ($1600.00) although we felt worth it. After picking up the ring, within a day or 2 it became apparent that the ring was too big. We went back and determined that the ring needed to be sized down a half size. We were quite surprised to learn they were going to charge us $600 to do this; he agreed to knock $200 off the cost. With taxes in we still spent close to $600 to have it resized again. My husband loves to buy custom pieces of jewelry....but as a result of their double charging us, we won’t be using them for any future purchases.
