From the original e mail search of our Appliance to the very delivery , this has been one of the best experiences we have had in a very long time. Great service, great communication from the start to finish, and a very great product. We are already searching for the next purchase and it will for sure be through Canadian Appliance. We were greeted promptly when we entered the store and were able to work with the sales person to find a solution to our needs. After some due diligence, we accepted his offer which was the best. Delivery time was a bit mobile due to challenges earlier in the route but was very well done overall.

Purchase went really, sales rep was very nice but scheduled delivery date kept changing . It took over 3months instead of 3 weeks! Haven’t opened the product yet but item was well packed! The men doing delivery service were polite and careful!

Did my appliance research. Online chatted with sales rep - very knowledgeable and helpful to help me finalize my order. Ordered within the hour. Great value for money. Awesome communication process confirming delivery day and time range via email, text and voice call. On delivery day, the crew kept me posted on anticipated arrival, arrived in a timely manner and CAREFULLY arranged the appliances most convenient to where they would be set up. Hassle free, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend.

CAS has different brand names of appliances and the prices are very competitive. The delivery can be done in two business days by very professional staffs. We are very happy with our recent purchase.

Lost our fridge after 2023 ice storm. Our salesman Nicola was very personable and had immediate answers to every question since we had specific requirements in space. No pressure from him what so ever. Everything he explained about delivery happened exactly so. No ifs, ands or buts. Other stores had 5 to 6 week wait times, this was delivered day after purchase. Delivery guys were very efficient. First time going there and I would highly recommend Canadian Appliances.

From beginning to end my experience was wonderful! I chatted with an agent that helped me decide on what appliance to order and assured me on the delivery timeline (3 weeks faster than competitor). Delivery was perfect too, I got a notification 20 minutes prior so I was able to be home to accept the delivery. The drivers were careful and courteous and set it up just where I wanted it. Will definitely recommend CAS over the big box brands.

Charged me for delivery when I was told it would be free. (Purchased 5 appliances)Brought the wrong fridge, STEVEN OLIVIER told me it was my fault that he put the wrong Fridge on the order. I'm not your babysitter.When they brought the right fridge, they charged me a second delivery fee. Plus an $73 dollars because the correct fridge costs more than the one they originally sent me.Bar fridge was on backorder, now that it's in, they refuse to deliver it even though I paid for the delivery. Instead of picking it up from their store, they're forcing me to pick it up in a different city unless I pay another delivery fee. Complete garbage service.Their delivery guys the first time around were complete crack heads, refused to speak English, and carried cash on their clipboards as if they were expecting to be tipped. I tip well, but don't come asking for it. Wish 0/5 stars was an option. Very disappointed.Also their customer service line was useless. Couldn't make out anything they were saying except for your discount only applies to the wrong fridge and you don't get a discount on the right one". I don't understand how these people are in business."

I’ve never seen a group of kids look so depressed in my life. Fire all of your workers and replace them with a computer where we can get virtual consultations with your people in Ontario. Your workers in Quebec don’t really know how to provide serviceEdit: edited to say that we placed an order but decided to cancel it when we noticed the level of service the company was providing. When I walked into the store to cancel, it looked like an employee had been crying. Not sure what is going on at this place. Based on the previous comments, perhaps this place only provides good service if you’re over the age of 40.

The delivery people were wonderful. They arrived as scheduled, removed the old washer and installed the new washer. Many thanks for great customer service!
