They were very quick to get us our food as we were in the drive threw. The lady working the window checked our bag and noticed our food wasn't wrapped nice and tight so she redid it. You do NOT get that level of customer service at most Tim Hortons In the fraser valley. We were driving threw on our way home and should we be in this area again we would deffenitly stop in.

Staff is always happy and does their best to remember the local orders.Its a very busy spot in the summer so budget an extra few minutes If you're headed in between July and October.

So disappointed.. after waiting in the drive-through this morning for 20 minutes, my order was terrible and wrong. My farmers breakfast sandwich did not have chipotle sauce on it nor a hashbrown. It was terribly disheveled and poorly made. My tea was cold… the donut was good.

forgot our bagel and i had to go in the store instead of apologising they had some attitude. the front cashier was really bad at service

Very busy Tim Hortons.But the service is good.Employees there are very friendly.Some seating space is there but almost always crowded.Food is good and drinks are even better.Parking space available in the front.Washrooms are clean, family washroom is available but you need to ask them to unlock the door.A good stop to have a quick meal.

A great place to meet up right on the main road. Lots of food options! Tim Hortons food and decor, just like the others, but service from friendly Osoyoos staff makes all the difference!

Go to McDonald's instead just up ahead. Wish we did. They got my order wrong and so rude. Been to timmies all across the country. This one deserves a bad review. Good luck. Go to McDonald's.

Bathrooms dirty and out of order. Very slow service at counter. Left standing long enough we almost left. Windows and partitions dirty. Coffee did not taste good.. .we usually love Timmies coffee.
