These guys are just totally scammers. First they will charge you extra for every service and even after that they will pick up wrong car. They don’t even see the number plate on the car. Use somebody else’s service so you will not waste your time . The two ladies who were working in the night were so rude that i was standing outside their office in -15 and they were just keep on talking regardless of my situation. Zero star for the customer service .

My Jeep was impounded for 7 days & after picking it up a few items were stolen from it including a Hil-Ti cordless Sawzall, some chump change & a flashlight. I suspect the tow truck driver because they're all crooks! Do not trust these guys. They have theives working for them!

Towed my MOTORBIKE and now its out of alignment. The receptionist said she have no idea how it is possible since the bike was towed on a flatbed. Thats it, period. You come to these guys at your own risk.

Worst customer service experience with the two ladies working in the night at the office. She was too rude even after they did a mistake and made me to wait there for 30-40 minutes. A good sincere apology would have been great to resolve the issue but after committing the mistake and still she was coming on me aggressively. I guess people are going their because they are helpless otherwise nobody would use their service . ‘’ i went there to pickup my stolen car’’.

Very professional and polite people. Got my car impounded by police. Driver Jason took good care and lady at front desk Dawn was very polite. Tried to make us laugh as she know people are stressed after getting car impounded. No damages, nothing missing from car either.

This company is GREAT to deal with. The pleasant, friendly lady whom I dealt with on the phone to the helpful, friendly driver who towed my vehicle, I thank you both Very much! It so nice dealing with pleasant people especially when you are stressed with car issues. Reasonable rates too!!

I just picked up my car from JA towing after police impounded for 14 days. At front desk , Anna helped me out with everything. She is wonderful lady. i love they way of her talking. Thank you soo much for your help.

Best impound lot and towing company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Anna was so kind and patient and explained everything to me so well. Even the tow truck driver took great car of my expensive car and treated it with respect. Excellent company, run by a caring owner and respectful employees.

These guys got me out of a real jam when my right front wheel ball joint broke. The driver took my car and dropped the keys off with the repair shop so I could get to work and pick up my car later that day. All at a reasonable price.

Dawn was absolutely amazing to deal with. I called several times to inquire about my requested tow truck and she provided me with detailed eta and information.I will definitely use J.A. Towing again in the future.
