⚠️# Scam Alert #⚠️Probably the worst ever customer service I have ever experienced. Got a breaker from them and nothing was said during the purchase. Once I came to know that they overpriced me ( more than $50 for one breaker) I came back to return the breaker. They said we won’t get electrical items back ……. What??????. I asked why don’t you let me know during the purchase and he gave an epic reply he was busy… really???? You are attending one customer at a time and why can’t you do your job properly. Never ever let you know about their policies that might change time to time for them. No policies found in any format inside and outside premises , nothing in the invoice too but still they claim as company policy, Come on grow up guys don’t give lame excuses. I asked him that I need to talk to your supervisor or manager he claimed that he is the one….. I don’t know how true it is…..

Reasonable price and warm service for customer..

Today I stopped by Heritage Electrical Supply as I needed to pick up some pot lights, while I was there I couldn’t choose what temperature light would be the best choice for my current Reno, I asked Jason and he helped me throughout the whole way, he told me all the pros and cons for each light and told me what would look the best in my situation. While I was there I was also lucky to meet the Supervisor Searb Bharaj who was so humble and made sure I was treated well. They have a bunch of lights and many more electrical supplies like Fuel Compact Guns, electric switch’s, interior ceiling fans and many more I can’t even list everything they had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERITAGE ELECTRIC SUPPLY for everything electrical. I will definitely be going back for all my electrical goods.
