Nick was very knowledgeable and professional. He came the very next day after contacting him. He arrived at the time he promised and did a full inspection of the basement, main floor and outside. I appreciated that he was very patient with my questions and reassuring as this was my first time with a mouse in the house.He came back 2 weeks later to recheck the traps and to seal a few areas outside. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a pest problem!

This business is named appropriately. I contacted them on Saturday of a long weekend (!), and Nick responded right away. He showed up the next day (Sunday), as promised, at the exact time he said. Service was quick & professional.The service requested was removal of a bald faced hornet nest. These are the beasts of the local stingy flying insects. They will aggressively protect their nests. We were concerned about pets & visitors being stung.The problem was quickly solved. I would not hesitate to use Pronto again.

I called mid afternoon on a Sunday regarding a wasp nest in our basement and spoke to Nick . He arrived at our house within the hour. Nick is a very personable and knowledgeable technician. He did a thorough removal of the nest and carefully closed up their entry point. He also provided us with several suggestions regarding prevention in the future. Thanks so much Nick. Should the need arise in the future we will gladly call them again. We highly recommend Pronto Pest Control.

Found mice in the house and called pronto pest control. Nick came out to the house at the exact time he said he would be there. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything while he did it allowing us to understand. I was very pleased with this service and would recommend pronto pest control to anyone who needs it!!
