The quality of work, customer service and responsiveness is fantastic. Rarely nowadays do you receive a consultative approach with recommendations, but at Leslie's John whom who has helped me multiple times does just that. The prices are fair and the turnaround time is honest and can be expedited if needed. Do consider bringing higher quality, laster items in for repair.

Great work on replacing the zipper on my Pacsafe bag! The stitching is perfect. Looks like it came from the factory.They were up front with the repair time and it was completed ahead of schedule.I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic job done on resoling two pairs of boots, which took about two weeks. Hassle-free drop off and pick up. They polished my boots for free as well! This is my go-to spot for shoe maintenance and repair.

This place saved the day on my guitar case zipper. It is a discontinued case and fits my custom guitar perfectly so I was really hoping the repair could be done. John fixed it great and it even has a locking option on the zipper now for a very reasonable $35. Look no further for your luggage repairs, this is the place!

I had my husband's leather suitcase repaired last month. The workmansip is excellent that is out of our expectation. We could see the connection of the leather straps were thoughtfully discussed between the shop owner and his expert. We had provided the leather strap material for the connection, but instead they used their own piece that is much better matched with the original material. We are very satisfied with the excellent work and the nice attitude of the shop owner.

Excellent work! Got a zip replaced on my leather bag, and got a non leather backpack strap reattached. Both look great and work well. Work was even finished early. Highly recommend.

Was gutted when I tore a hole in one of my favorite knack sack. Could not picture how they would fix it but they did an amazing job!! They used a leather patch and matched the colour of my bag. Doesn't even look like there was a patch job. Would definitely use them again. Great workmanship.
