Very rude lady on the phone when calling to ask a question

I called them for three labourers for a job and when the three men showed up, two of them were obviously high, one of which ended up over dosing on fentynal in the bathroom and the third worker was drinking alcohol straight out of the bottle and was so intoxicated he passed out on site and urinated himself!! ZERO stars

I subcontracted to hire a man for a job. Friendly service over the telephone and I got an employee of theirs. However, he was drinking on the job and driving his own vehicle to and from site to site. My employees offered him to sit out and provided him with gum etc etc and he refused. I got a complaint from my other crew working with him and when I contacted his management they told me because I did not witness it myself they can't do much about it. Not even an apology or an offer to subcontract me another employee for the rate that I paid an intoxicated employee of theirs to handle customer service at my end. I do not recommend whatsoever. Very unprofessional and he was breaking the law and could have harmed a civilian. They told me we will ask him " of course he will deny. Shameful!"

Very unreliable. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.I called them for 2 general labourers the day before I needed the work done. I received a phone call at 7 a.m. the day of work, one hour prior to work commencement, only to be told they had nobody coming out. I rebooked for the next day and again, received a phone call at 7 a.m. on the day of work that they had nobody available.Do not waste your time, save yourself some grief and call a different company.
