Oh my goodness! How spectacular!! Friendly staff, delicious mix of vegan and traditional grilled plates. The souvlaki is well marinated and perfectly grilled, great selection of cold, cold beers. Fabulous diner atmosphere with charming, intimate lighting and cosy booths. You HAVE to visit!

I came because of the Andy Shauf album and despite the bartender not being named Rose, I wasn't disappointed. All the food was good and it had a really nice homely, comfort dining feel. Also, the cheese curds in the poutine were some of the freshest I had in Toronto. The server was very friendly and fast.

the retro diner interior with mood lighting makes this a great date spot! servers were extremely attentive and the food was great, definitely a nice place to visit if you are looking for an ambient spot.

Was nice to cross of my Toronto eats bucket list. Good prices with large portions. Plus the food is fantastic diner eats. I had the burger and my counterpart had the souvlaki, both most delish. Service is super friendly and just enough. The vibe inside is so cozy, not loud (except people chatting), and nicely decorated. Great ambiance! Also freshly squeezed juice is sexy.

I really enjoyed the morning cocktails but in the afternoon. I joined for brunch. The jalapeno margarita was pretty tasty! Loved the very typical brunch food and the nice atmosphere of just sitting out on the street on the patio. It's mostly your typical breakfast but sometimes that's all you need! The vegetarian substitution for avocado is delicious!!

I was in Toronto for four days, I made three trips to The Skyline! The Caesar salad was one of the best I've had. I had a Rueben, and a Club Sandwich. Both were very good, but I'd give the edge to the Club, of the two. The beer selection is great. They also had a radler, with grapefruit added to the lager, I'd guess, which was very light and refreshing in the heat. That's what I went back for on the third day! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and efficient. I look forward to returning when there's a band playing to check out the vibe.

I wouldn't suggest if you are a long time vegetarian that or have food sensitivity. Limited menu and though there are vegetarian choices, they are not great and I became violently ill, vomiting everything I just ate in the bathroom. It became clear they likely cooked the food meat and vegetarian items together, and I had gotten some grease. When I asked, trying to see if that was what happened, they said they had one grill. When I said I asked because I had become violently ill so I wondered, I received the most insincere sorry I've ever heard from anyone in my entire life. I wasn't even looking for a sorry, we take this risk when we eat places. I just wanted to know if I was correct about why I'd become so sick in their bathroom after eating, and to let them know that I had become violently ill and their washroom. It's a really cute place, and if you don't have food allergies/sensitivity from cross contamination, it would be great. It's nice they offer some vegetarian choices, but for those of us who are long-term vegetarians and get sick from grease, etc It is not the place for us.
