Eddie was very through in his inspection. Being our first home inspection we did not know what to expect, look for, or even what questions to ask. If we had any form of confusion come across our faces he did not hesitate to explain to us what he was doing :) He also had no hesitation in answering all of our questions from simple ones to difficult. He came prepared and once report was completed he sat with us to explain everything that was explained. As well as giving us recommendations on where to go to repair things or places we could order little fixes for around the home. 100% across the board not a single complaint !! :)

Eddie was on time and ready to complete the inspection. The thoroughness of his inspection was exactly what a first time buyer or any buyer needs. Eddie wasn’t shy to explain his findings in a way that non trades people would understand. The home he inspected for me was recently inspected by a different inspector and Eddie was able to identify more issues and saved me a lot of money and head ache. Thank you Eddie !!!!!!

We have had Rob accompany us on two inspections now and he is always amazing. He is great at giving first time home owner advice, he is funny and informative and makes it feel like you are apart of the process and not just in the way. He helped us understand any options we had when he found something, and went the extra mile to put our mind at ease when he found something we did not like by taking us to another unit to show us a comparison of what it should look like. I would always use Canadian Residential Inspections for a home inspection as they are very knowledgable and friendly.
