Started asking questions about a RV we seen at the show with Milton. He was very nice and got back to me fast regarding price and questions. We decided on one pretty quick and visited the showroom where we found everyone very friendly. The manager Sven came over and introduced himself which was a nice touch. Picking up our new unit tomorrow and very excited. So far this has been a great experience.

What an enjoyable experience this was. A special thanks goes out to Rami, James and Sven, the three people we were dealing with, but we also enjoyed meeting their 80 years old senior salesperson who continues to work there because he enjoys it. This was our second RV and it was like revisiting a bunch of old friends. If you are a first time RV buyer, Woody's is definitely the place to go.

Was lied to about the purchased extended warranty. Nothing but a scam. Not sure how you legally get away with it. Will never buy a RV from anyone ever again. Build quality is absolute garbage on todays RVs. Brad nails on partical board with no glue. Horrible craftsmanship.These companies should be ashamed.

We just bought a used “new to us” 5th wheel holiday trailer from Woody’s RV in Edmonton.Our Sales Rep Rami was awesome to deal with. Professional, courteous and amazing customer service.He went above and beyond. He was patient with the millions questions we had, he made sure we were satisfied but most importantly that the unit was safe for us to do the 5h drive.From our experience, all the staff were great, friendly and took the time to make it a great experience.Thanks again Rami!Highly recommend him and his team.

I bought a Rove Lite trailer here. Shane was nice and was able to work with me on price, and stored the trailer for a few months until I was ready to pick it up. The folks in the parts and service departments have been very nice and helpful as well. However, my major complaint is that the ad for the trailer states that it comes with an outdoor shower and a TV, both of which we did not receive. In addition, we were told many times during the orientation that there was an outdoor shower. It turns out there is not, and there is nothing we can do at this point. These are two features that we were expecting to use a lot with young kids. I obviously should have been paying closer attention, but still feel tricked by false advertising.

We needed a few things for our 5th wheel. We found everything we wanted. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Very clean and comfortable store. We opened an account while we were there too . Until the next time. Thank you .

My husband and I walked into Woodys on St Albert trail about 1 week ago was a week day besides a few other customers who were being looked after was last Monday there were several sales persons sitting at their desks we looked at a few trailers on our own and looked at poster board with used RVs we were there about twenty minutes not one person greeted or made any effort to engage us. I was pretty well dressed my husband was wearing an older work jacket but we were interested in looking unfortunately we felt like our business wasn’t needed so we went to your next door neighbours and they were so accommodating and friendly because of our experience we r unlikely to ever go to a Woodys again

Woody's RV is a nice inviting showroom lots to see, helpful friendly staff lots of wicked accessories, parts and knowledge we are gonna have alot of fun in our tow behind we bought from joe he's an awesome dude he knows what campings about and will hook you up with what ya need and want. We purchased a new 5th wheel last Fall and dealt with Shane who was awesome.It was an excellent and pleasurable buying experience, the staff at Woody’s have all been amazing. The service department have been fantastic helping us with all our needs for adding extras. I would certainly recommend this RV dealership to anyone who is in the market to purchase an RV.
