I rented a 2 bdr premium suite for 1.5 yrs and Kai was an excellent Residential Manager. His communication was prompt, courteous and professional. Oh man if I could give negative stars it would be sitting at -20 stars, while we have been having +30 days all this month I get told that I'm not allowed a window ac unit because it takes away from curb appeal, yet your curb looks like someone ran a jackhammer over it, what curb appeal?

I have nothing but great things to say about renting fromWillow Park Garden. From day one, our Manager Kai has been nothing but attentive, proactive, timely and friendly to us.I wouldn't hesitate whatsoever to rent another unit from them again. And I certainly would recommend them to my friends. If you're looking at a unit of theirs, rest assured that they will take care of you.

I love Willow Park Gardens specially under the management of Kai. He is very accomodating, supportive, always there to answer questions if you have one, helpful and he cares each tenant that live here. After I moved here I felt that Willow Garden is a family to me. They have always maintenance, the garden looks so amazing in the evening, maintenance people did an amazing job. The place looks like a 5 star hotel environment. Thank you so much Kai for keeping this place safe, peaceful and clean all the time. I will definitely recommend this place for people looking to move to Calgary. I am happily living in this place.

Coming up on four years of living at Willow Park Gardens, I must say that this is simply a fantastic neighborhood. Also, the management team is just the best! Kai is engaging and thoughtful, always super friendly! It’s a great place to live.

The building allows smoking inside. It smells like an ash tray in there. Otherwise the suites are fine.

The apartment is fine as is Kai. My complaint is when I get ripped off with my rent increase. Tell me how you need to raise a rent $100 a month. Think about your tenants trying to make ends meet instead of just Boardwalks bank book. Totally unacceptable

Great rental community, friendly people, awesome courtyard. Kai is a great landlord, excellent communication, concerns addressed right away. Great place to live!
