Just bought a couple juicers for gifts. I did some shopping around and found that these guys always have the best prices and do price matching. This is my second time buying from them. Will be back again for sure. Thanks for the quick shipping. Danny

They never pick up their phone. I called many times at different hours to ask questions about a product and I only get their voice mail. I will not deal with companies that post their phone number and never answer it. I don't have to buy from them.

ordered a bag of sea moss with my credit card and ship to home address. Its been 12 days and i have received my order. the yare in barrie, im in new market (20 mins from each other) sent an email to see where my order is, and got a response 2 days later asking me to send a copy of my drivers license to prove that i am who i said i am. I have asked for the order to be shipped out with all the legal info i make for all my online transactions.. Thought i wound support a small business here, but its looking like i will have rely on getting my order from another small biz, or maybe even amazon. I hope everyone thinks twice about supporting upaya.... NOTE TO UPAYA, SEND MY ORDER OUT AS IS AND I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW.... BALL IS IN YOUR COURT.

I'm completely vexed. This wasn't my first order with them, but last order Jan 25th 2023, still haven't received, nobody answers the phone, emails nor the online chat. But clearly they have my $. I have officially filed a complaint with BBB. I'd understand if you answer phone and say hey, there's backorders but there was none. I am livid. Just refund my $ at this point.

My last order of pecans ($120.00) was so poorly packaged that almost 50% of the nuts were smashed to small bits (and powder!) and not usable for their intended purpose. (Second photo shows the nuts that were not broken; note the bag is full when shipped so the bulk of the nuts were in pieces as shown in the first photo.)And be forewarned: this company can take 4 to 5 WEEKS before the order is fulfilled -- even though they charge your credit card right away -- because they do not tell you when ordering that an item is not in stock and they hold the entire order until the backordered item has arrived in their warehouse. The two times this has happened, the order was not shipped until I emailed (after waiting a month) and chatted to find out the order status. They only shipped after I told them to cancel the backordered item which was expected soon". If an item is out of stock

I have previously dealt with this company and have been very satisfied however, something has definitely changed. When I had a concern about my last order I immediately emailed the company. Then I telephoned and left a message.I did not get a response from either email or phone. This is very poor customer service! I will never do business with this company again.

Very difficult to deal with, terrible customer service. I've been trying to get a return on my card for over a month now. They charged my CC without actually having the product in stock and available to ship. You can't leave a message on the phone because the mailbox is always full, and they took 3 weeks to get back to me via email. When they finally got back to me I was told I would be refunded right away. It has now been 68 days since they charged me!!

I was gifted a Humio Humidifier back in January by my mother who orders from this site. After 6 months the humidifier stopped working. I called the store and they asked a bunch of questions, asked for info and pictures emailed. Well after about 4. Emails of them suggesting I did something to the unit to make it not work , they told me I would have to Pay to have it sent away for repair ! This item supposedly had a 1 year warranty that they failed to stand by. I will NEVER ORDER anything from these guys again. They do not stand by their products. Terrible Terrible customer service!

I've made numerous purchases from Upaya Naturals and am very pleased with the quality of their product and their excellent service. They also have an incredibly fast delivery service. I am truly a satisfied customer and will continue to shop with them. In addition, their customer service rep is very accessible , helpful and friendly.

Impressive Customer Service, very responsible which makes you trust their business. I recently bought a bottled product that was liquid and unfortunately damaged in the mail. As soon as I notified them, they made arrangements to send me a replacement which was better sealed. Thank U Upaya Naturals :)
