Had a figure skating dress altered here and many other shops said they were unable to do the job. This place done it beautifully. Would recommend.

The worst service I have ever received. Started of quoting a price then added another £145 out of the blue. So very ride had my daughter in tears calling her a liar and saying she was talking shite. I have never met a ruder person in my life. Would not recommend her at all. Use at your peril and be prepared to be abused!!

I had a dress altered here that I bought for my sons wedding. Gladys also altered a cheap jacket that I had bought that was the right material & colour to match the dress, but totally wrong style.She practically remade the whole thing!I now have a fabulous outfit for the day & I couldn’t be happier with the result.I would definately recommend.

Gladys went above and beyond for me with my wedding dress. It certainly was not an easy task with all the beading and lace but she did an amazing job and I was so so pleased with the end result. Could not recommend this place more.

DREADFUL - Worst customer service I have ever experienced.Quoted £20 over the phone, but when they saw the job advised that it would be less, when I called them to see if items were ready yet was advised it would cost £30, when I argued the case, I was told just to pay £20 and come and collect them, then hung up on.AWFUL - Will never use again and will never recommend
