Great little place. Got help finding a stress band and was able to check it out before buying it to make sure it was enough resistance. Both employees (forgot their names, nice blonde lady and a tall fella) were a great help. Thanks!

Shopped at this store a few times and recently went to look for a pair of used skates ! Ended up buying a pair of new Graf skates which fit very well and was able to get a half size which can be hard to find !Very happy with the help from (Fernando ) ? during the fitting ! I was a bit concerned because I wasn’t at all familiar with the Graf brand of skates ! Haven’t tried them on ice yet but will do soon ! Thanks .

Went here a couple days ago to buy my son all of his baseball equipment and he has never played before. A man named Fernando helped us out and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what we should be looking for and helped us find all the right sizes and equipment. Prices were good, especially given there was a sale on baseball equipment at the time. Will definitely return.

I wanted to post a quick message to thank the staff at our local Play It Again Sports. We shop there often for our kids needs - most recently for a pair of batting gloves. My son had saved for them through some hard work and wore them to two games and they developed a rip. I had no intention or expectation of getting a refund / exchange from them. I had contacted Mizuno and just needed to provide a receipt (which of course I had misplaced) in order for a replacement through warranty. When we went in to the store to see if I could get a reprint copy perhaps (long shot I know), the manager (Francisco? apologies for spelling) took care of him and provided a full exchange. This was completely unexpected and not something I felt they needed to do as it was a manufacturer problem. Although not overly costly and perhaps rather trivial to some, this meant a lot to my son (and myself) and we will definitely continue to shop at this location (and take pics of each receipt in future!). Many thanks again for some excellent customer service.

Brutal location. Prices are MORE for used than new at the chain stores. Much like game stores they offer you 2 cents on the dollar. I guess they don’t understand the concept of the business they are in.

Pathetic customer service.I bought a pair of NEW skates while picking up used skates for my 5 year old son.As a first time skates buyer, I tried & bought size 8 and also paid for them to be sharpened.Later, I picked up the sharpened skates only to find when I opened the box to use them a few weeks later that I was given size 6.Went back to these guys and was HARASSED to no end.I didn’t remember the date of purchase and didn’t have the copy of the bill but the guy at the counter remembered a mix up.Someone else’s 6 were given to me he realized.These guys blamed me for it . I tried to tell them I was given a receipt for sharpening and upon presenting it at the counter, I was given these skates and I assumed they were mine, they were new too !To me, I didn’t want money back, I just wanted to exchange for a mistake both the establishment and I made .Both didn’t check what skates were picked up sharpened.The point that disappoints me the most about this place is how I was treated tonight.The couple of young boys at the counter made sure I felt interrogated, almost cross questioned.All despite one of them recalling the skate mix up.Walked out, never waking through that door again.

A nice trade-in system, used sports gear for a affordable price, although I would recommend rather buying new equipment, also fairly well organized and a vast array of skates, skis, and snowboards. Most of the store is dedicated to winter sports, after all it is Canada. The employees were nice and helpful, and the owner sufficed to be a knowledgeable salesman and found the right equipment. I would recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

Got to the store at 4:01 p.m. on a Saturday. Closed

Service is not great - bunch of kids standing behind the cash desk every time I go in . Poorly merchandised and low on everything . Needs improvement
