Horrible customer service staff was very rude. The staff was just joking around and making side conversations laughing out loud which is fine but not around customers that should not happen that’s very unprofessional

Rude and ill-mannered staff. Store should give some training to its staff to serve customers with some manners. I am a regular customer of children's place but now will definitely go to stores where customers are treated well. Worst store in terms of staff.

Visited the store first time, wanted to get a different size of online puchased item. The girls in staff and on counter, both didnt bother to help and just pointed to the whole store to look for it. I requested the counter girl to check her inventory if she has it in store or not but she didnt bother and asked to look up in store. I didnt find it a very polite way to help. Came back with the same old size.

pls change ur staff , today I went to buy a shirt for my daughter and I was insulted by the cashier Noor , manager Suzy was helpless .I was finding the size of my daughter and she jumped in by saying that ,if u need help then call me for size . DONT MESSUP ! Really really Noor ?Other customers all stood beside me bcoz her tone of rudeness was obvious. I was waiting for an apology and she came back after talking to her manager and actually she wasn’t sorry . She again started arguing and I told her that I will complain on a higher level . She said she will be waitingReally? Pls don’t hire kids ,they need to first have skills to talk to customers

I have loved Children's Place forever. Thank you for making new children's clothing affordable. Back to school season has the best deals. There is a noticeable price difference between the store and online, though, but it usually only matters if there is a free shipping promo.

I will NEVER shop at childrens place again. This location is a joke. My daughter received a gift for her birthday. I didnt have a gift receipt and I wanted to exchange for something else. The manager ( sharon) would not exchange the clothing unless it was the exact same item in which I explained why I didnt want these specific items. She said for 5 years this is the policy and there was nothing she could do about it due to inventory reasons. What a b.s policy. I do not reccomend purchasing from this store especially. Extremely rude staff. This place is unprofessional and have no respect for people.

Staff are nice, however for a store that offers baby clothes , not stroller friendly at all, their “ baby wall” is all the way at the back of the store and with their crazy line up and only one cashier it’s next to impossible to make it to the back of the store! This is my second time that I cannot get to the “baby wall”!!! Do something!
