Don’t waste your money at this location. They are so stingy. Ordered my salad and basically received a bowl of lettuce with dressing. Hardly any chicken and maybe one entire cucumber slice chopped into itty bitty pieces.. This place was much better before. The gateway location is really good. I’ll be going there moving forward.

I ordered No.6 bowl + soup. Portion looks ok, might need to work on plating a bit. Bowl does not look full..Taste is matching like other franchise, so that's 3 star on average. But a few things that grabbed my attention:1. The service person didn't wear name tag or uniform2. The server is masking improperly while prepping my food3. The server was touching his hair and putting my bowl together... I don't know how much dandruff/hair is in my bowl now.. ( at least get a plastic hair cover...)4. Now I left the shop without knowing this server's name...5. No hand sanitizer for customers on sight nor on siteThis shop might need a better hygienic habit, especially most of the food consist of uncooked materials (Salad)Won't go back to this location anymore. The food-safe standard just rubbed me the wrong way I am going to try a different vegan shops next time.

First visit ever.Update:After contacting the manager about my concerns she offered to replace the sandwich. Was asked to call ahead to let them know I was coming , I did and was offered for the sandwich to be ready for me. Seeing as part of my issue was that it wasn’t freshly made, I opted to wait once I got there. Server made the sandwich beautifully with tons of product. As a matter of fact, items were falling off as I enjoyed it! Much better this time, but shouldn’t this be the same every time?Pic added of second sandwich. So different! Which would you prefer?My ‘ fresh’ chicken cranberry sandwich was premade and came from the fridge/ warmed up.No cranberry sauce and very little chicken. Had to throw out the sandwich which was terrible. Very disappointed- will not go back nor recommend.

Update:It's been months and the email they told me to message still has not replied...... Spend your money at a different chopped leaf.Food was terrible. The whole sandwich only had 6 pieces of chicken. Ordered 3 sandwichs and all of them were the same. The new staff did a horrible job. Come here and paid good money for this and I feel cheated.

This place is a scam. I ordered a bowl with rice last week. Paid approx 12 for it. It was just full of lettuce with minimal other ingredients. I have been to other chopped leaf had great food but This place is a rip off.

Went for a Buffalo chicken bowl the lady at the counter did not understand what I was saying then I asked if they had the Buffalo chicken wrap. She said yes I said can you make that into a bowl. Ending up giving me the wrong bowl because of poor communication on there end and then proceeded to tell me i ordered the wrong bowl after explaining in detail what I wanted ordered. Poor customer service still good food I just think they should train there employees more.

Friendly staff, but worst location I've been to for food quality. I actually feel like they're stealing money from people by cutting corners.Wraps that are missing ingredients, mostly lettuce. Soup that I could get out of a Campbell's can, and cold to boot. Grilled chicken that's not grilled. The list goes on.Multiple times this has happened, so not a one off. Never going back.Drive the extra distance to the one on Calgary Trail is my suggestion.

This place has really gone down hill. I ordered a salad bowl with Chicken and I'm not even really sure the protein I was given was actually chicken. For $5.00 extra it was the weirdly crunchiest and soggiest, awful tasting Chicken I have ever eaten, I had to pick it all out of my Bowl because I couldn't stand to eat it. Rest of the food in the bowl was subpar.

A great place to go of you're looking for a healthy alternative to fast food. The food here is reasonably priced for both plant based and meat based bowls, sandwiches, and salads. There are vegetarian protein options as well as the usual meat options. The staff are friendly and helpful and service is quick. Take out and eat in option available. There is also high chairs available for those bringing in your young kids as well as a kids menu. Located in Harvest Point and near other eateries, this is a place to consider when looking for healthy options.

This location isn't great. Service was decent but the two quesadillas that we ordered had very little toppings, there was a lot that was just plain tortilla with no cheese or toppings.
