Kate Spade Outlet

This was my first time purchasing from Kate spade and will likely be the last time. I bought a crossbody purse about 2 months ago and I noticed it has some wear and tear showing along the corners. I came in to inquire regarding exchanging it but they were quick to state their warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear- which I mean would be understandable had I had it for a long time but it’s ONLY been 2 months. It hasn’t fallen or been rubbed against anything to cause this kind of wear. I am very disappointed in this store and will likely to continue shopping at coach and micheal kors going forward.

I went to this store and had a lot of other shopping bags so i put them down in one place so i can look around, one of their employees just grabbed my stuff and moved it around without asking or warning me. I didn't say anything at first and moved my stuff near a wall, then this old blonde lady comes again trying to move my stuff (my stuff was against a wall and wasn't in anyone's way) and she was looking in my shopping bags as if she was trying to steal something. When i confronted her about why she didn't come and say anything to me and why she keeps touching my stuff, she was super rude to me and tried to intimidate me. I was planning to buy two bags but after that i just left. Her rude behavior and unprofessionalism cost the store $500-600 in loss. I tried to report this but still i don't think any action was taken. Definitely never going back there again.

I was excited to enter the store today after seeing the displays in the window, and this being one of my favourite brands, but the 3 women “working” didn’t even bother asking if we needed help. They didn’t even welcome us into the store. Instead, we were watched and followed the entire time and given a sour looks by the older woman working. We left because we felt so uncomfortable. Will NOT be returning.

The team of staff at this store are great. The store manager is wonderful! This is always a stop we make when in Ottawa for a girls weekend. Thanks Kate Spade team!

Super friendly staff and great products at great prices! I went in and bought two bags for myself. An employee, maybe the manager (just based on her demeanour) was super friendly and recommended me a bunch of products. She also brought out two untouched bags from the back of the store when i was ready to purchase

I usually go to this store and I am a regular customer and I buy a lot of things from this store. I do a lot of shopping from that store but this time when I went to return a small thing, the manager was so rude, unprofessional and racist. She did not even listen to me. After this incident, I decided not to go back to that store again and buy stuff. I rather go to different brands like coach and Michael Kore as their customer service is much better than Kate spade.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Grabbed the wrong bag because they were identical -one regular tote the other a diaper bag which is what I want, didn’t realize there were 2 kinds until I got to the cash. Didn’t want to leave the crazy long line up which I had been on for a while outside in the rain and then inside to pay. They told me at the cash they were sold out even the display and that they are 100% sure! BS because we found one left on the display! They just didn’t want to bother because the place is packed! Already spent a fortune the day before just wanted to get that one bag. Guess I’m returning everything else I bought and buy elsewhere!

Received amazing customer service from ‘Alison’She was very friendly.Helped me to check prices after discount and also offered to gift wrap the bag I bought as a gift . I will be re visiting this store just because of excellent customer service received by Alison :)

I purchased two items this weekend and the Staff were amazing!! Excellent customer service from the moment I entered the store! The selection of wallets and handbags were very good! I look forward to returning to the store in the future!

Found the purse I was looking at a great price. Service that day was very good and had zero complaints.
