Newly renovated store. Very clean and organized. The staff was super helpful. Dispite not really knowing what i should do for a project. Their staff gave suggestions and ideas to help me with my decision. Thank you for all your help!

Avoid this store-Staff are not experienced. I was sold the wrong item. Couldn't return for an exchange-store closes at 3 on Saturday and closed sundays. No understanding of customer service. First and last time in this store

As a new resident to this srea and being a shopper for many years all over Montreal, West island and Vaudreuil-Soulanges area. I finally found the best Rona or hardware store around the Saint-Lazare, Saint-Clet, les Cèdres and areas. It's a Very mellow place with helpful staff.If you can't find something,. Just ask a staff member and get help. They recently even opened mulch for me in December when it was already put away and packaged outside for next year's season. I tried every hardware and garden center around which either cancelled my online order or said it was in the back and they couldn't sell it to me. But this Rona went the extra mile and sent a worker out to cut the weather proof plastic and retrieve me 6 bags of mulch. Thanks again.

Exceptional customer service, they even remained open past their regular time to help me find exactly what I needed. Everyone from service, to plumbing, to reception, to the loading dock was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you very much. I am so thankful to have a business like this one just 15 minutes down the road.

Terrible service-Order did not arrive on time and they never even called to tell us. When we arrived to pick it up they didn't even apologize, and blamed the guy who was on vacation. We had extra boxes after the renovations but when we arrived in the store we were told they don't accept returns on products that are ordered-only ones that are in stock. We bought $800 worth of products at this store and were treated like garbage.

Why is the gentleman with the white beard from the material counter allowed to serve customers and roam the store without a mask on. Not responsable or respectful to the people around him. Shame on you Rona for not stepping up and following guidelines. We are all living the same pandemic.

I REALLY like this store, AND the staff. Since I moved into the area, I've been here often enough and ordered big items and small, patio doors and the like. Generally speaking the staff are well experienced and helpful. If they don't have it, they'll direct you to somewhere that does.It's not your big box H or R-Depot, but they do carry a good variety of most items and tools. The only reason I would give a 4 star and not a 5 is the Sunday closure, but I've learnt to pickup what I need in the hours they are open. I wonder how can shoppers can complain about the hours when they are posted on the store front and on line? ....Whiners
