Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Terrible service NO STARS , we were provided a rental car through enterprise that the car repair company setup at first I called to speak with them to let them know I have an injury and would need a truck with side steps or something lower to the ground he said call back closer to the rental and rushed me off the phone mind you it was day of rental pickup later I get a call I had to remind him I called earlier about the accommodation he says they have an explorer that was available but we would have to wait, we could not wait so he said he would put us in a small SUV until we could meet up and switch it out . That never happened at all and then I ask if we can get our deposit refunded back on our visa debit to be told no ! its policy to receive a check in the mail in10 to 15 business days which is a bit ridiculous, they were quick to take my deposit but I can have it back on my card its 2021 do better enterprise not to mention I was hung up on multiple times trying to deal with this. Defiantly will not be back or recommend to anyone !

Amazing customer service. Nice and clean car. Was able to finish my trip with no problems. They also picked me up and dropped me off which was really nice of them.

I had an appointment for pickup on a Monday for 4:30, (had it for over two weeks). The manager called me the Saturday (2 days before) and asked if I could adjust all my plans and find someone to drive me there to pick up a car because she was closing early. Because her shutting early I guess was somehow my problem to deal with. I was supposed to pick this car up at a repair shop as my car was going in to be fixed, so I called my insurance company and repair shop to see if they had heard any reason for this change of plans. They did not, but the repair shop called enterprise in Olds, Alberta, and we readjusted the time for 12:30pm. I showed up at the appointed time and had to sit at the repair shop for almost 45 minutes for someone to slow up with the rental, and the repair shop also called again to make sure they were still coming. Then I had to drive the employee back to enterprise. So I guess my time is not valuable, and the gas at these prices came out of my pocket. Just dealing with the rude manager on the phone, I will never rent from the Olds enterprise on my own dime. She was horrible. I felt bad for the employee who picked me up. So disorganized.

Had an insurance claim on my truck with a rental provided by enterprise. I was told by the original employee who booked the appointment that they would meet me in Didsbury at the body shop. On the day of the appointment I got a snarky phone call from an employee asking when I was coming to Olds to pick the car up. Apparently they no longer do drop offs - but no old thought to call and inform us so we could make a plan.

Terrible place. The guy at the counter/phones is rude and ignorant! They can't seem to figured out how to do paperwork or contact insurance companies for payment. Be prepared for a nightmare and to be harassed by their employees if you go here or use them

I've rented cars there twice since moving to town. First time, they tried to charge me an extra 2 hours despite the fact that I arrived on time for drop off and staff wasn't there. Picked another vehicle up for Easter weekend. Didn't have the vehicle I reserved cleaned, and tried to upsell me on an suv for extra money despite the fact I told him I didn't need an suv. Dropped the car off this morning. Was called half an hour before I was supposed to drop off, asking if I was even returning the vehicle. Arrived at 10am, waited half an hour for staff to show up. Was told a manager would call to let me know my final bill. 4 hours later I still haven't received a receipt, a call, and when I called I was just told a manager would call. They picked me up in town and dropped me off, which was helpful....

Very poor experience. Showed up at the counter after booking a SUV 3 weeks earlier and was advised there was no car available and that they tried reaching out earlier (same day!!) but they didn't have a contact info. They could have definitely find a contact as it was booked via our corporate travel agency and also not the day of the rental.This is a satellite location for their Red Deer counter so I would avoid both in the future as they do not have vehicles available!!!

I got a rental from Enterprise Olds while my car was being repaired. My bill was supposed to be sent to my insurance company but they came up with a bill that made no sense. 8 days for half the amount. I had the car for over 2 weeks so those amounts were odd. Instead of reaching out and asking about it they sent the bill to their collections department. They weren't very nice and didn't believe me that my insurance was supposed to pay for it. It took me 6 months to untangle the mess. My insurance company is paying them and I will not be back.

I rented a vehicle on a Tuesday evening for pickup the following morning. I even received an email to confirm the pickup time and location for a smoother experience. I got a cab to enterprise the next morning. When I arrived to get my vehicle at the pre arranged time, there was no one there and I received a call saying they’re sorry but there is no vehicle for me. This is also the second time enterprise has done this to me. This is an absolutely unacceptable business practice. Stop confirming vehicles you don’t have!
