Met a really sweet guy, and he was very helpful. Just got my resume printed.

Got some custom prints done and they are great exactly what I wanted.

I write this review with a heavy heart because (1) I had excellent service when I ordered the first two times, and (2) I like to support small businesses; however, I can no longer recommend this business run by Dwayne Girvan. I felt these huge red flags when I pre-paid and ordered the last time because no one answers the phone on their website, no one responds to texts (as indicated on the website) and it took forever to get a partial response to any email. In the end, I ended up paying for a courier twice to come pick up the product only they didn't inform me the first time until the courier was already on its way and the second time (having promised it would be ready) after the courier arrived and left empty-handed. Finally Dwayne responded I could receive a refund, and 3 weeks later, he doesn't respond to anything again and I have yet to received a refund. I'm not sure if this guy is really legit, but I will be reporting this to the North Delta Business Association and the Better Business Bureau. I'm sad it has come to this, and I have the correspondence to prove he did assure me I'd receive the refund and to prove he has refused to respond since the middle of December 2022. My suggestion is run. There are other far more communicative businesses that offer the same service and product.
