First off the wrap factory employees were super friendly and very knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable and left feeling my car was left in good hands. I was new to wrapping and all my questions where answered with confidence.I picked a difficult color and the out come of the job was amazing.My car was done on time with updates as they went.I would definitely recommend the wrap factory ..

We recently had our 16ft trailer wrapped by The Wrap Factory and we were BEYOND wowed!!! From the design to workmanship, accuracy and meeting really tight deadlines, they exceeded every single expectation. Their pricing was very competitive (we’ve gotten a few quotes from different companies in Ottawa and Toronto and they were one of the lowest!). Communication was a breeze with Andy and they turned my dream into reality with minimal instructions needed!! Not to mention the peace of mind we’ve had. It was truly THE BEST experience I have ever had. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but these guys need to be known and applauded for their excellency. I am now getting them to do my menu board as well seeing how amazing our first experience was. Andy, you guys are seriously THE BEST of the the best! Thank you SO MUCH!!!

Andy & James are great guys ! walk-in and business was done in 2 days.first day met James and explained the vision, quote was cheap! Andy was great! he hooked me in the next day for the project and showed me all exceptional material the have in stock. 3M and moreshoutout to James the work was done in less then an hour, with great attention to detail. The owner and employees were all great to work with and provided great advice, options, and solutions throughout the process. I'm very particular with my cars so I was nervous about the process and did a lot of research on the product as well as various installers. I have to say I'm very pleased with the installation, it was extremely well done.

Very easy to deal with (just fill out the form, they get back to you), and honest about what can and can't be done, and they make sure they understand the specs (which they did). In my case it's a simple but classic double white line down the middle of my blue car. The idea was well executed, the wrap really took my car to the next level.During the application, when there was an issue with a painted part on my car not really being suitable for a product I had wanted, Andy from WF called me and told me it probably shouldn't be done. They refunded me for that part it immediately. Saved me a bit of money and probably a lot of grief, so they're solid to deal with on top of the attention to detail.

The Wrap Factory is the absolute best.If you are interested in getting a wrap you NEED to call this company before you shop around. Andy's customer service skills are exceptionalWe ended up having some last minute design revisions and he took care of everything. The results of our vehicle was an absolute shocker.We will be going back to get our other work vehicle done with The Wrap Factory!
