Buying our first home was a very intimidating prospect and we had no idea where to even start. I'm not the most financially savvy person but connecting with the team at Oceanvale Mortgage put my mind at ease and turned out so much better than I had even expected! We were approved, got a great rate and ended up in the home of our dreams, and the whole process went so smoothly that I'm shocked that we waited so long to do it! Nolan made us feel really great about the process, and while I'm still not too financially savvy you would never guess it based on the brilliant investment we made! I definitely recommend.

Nolan and all the other staff I had the please of dealing with at Oceanvale. Were fantastic, friendly, easy to contact, responsive, respectful, and I felt always went above and beyond my expectations. They were easy to work with, even when doing business with them remotely. They found me a FANTASTIC rate for my Mortgage. And helped me negotiate to roll it over/lock it in for an additional 5 years even after rates had begun to climb rapidly elsewhere. Looking forward to working with them more in the near future!
