Quite simply this salesman in the front office has no idea how to converse with a customer . rude and full of himself is saying it politely , the rest of the staff is professional but the man at the cash who yells out orders on the intercom should find another positioning in this enterprise ... like the gravel pit .I wasn't the only one he verbally assulted when I was in the cabano , a lady asked something simple he's reaction was to brush her off !I chose to change my mind on a small purchase , I was disturbing this guy by asking a simple question anyway too much time taken on this person Beware "BH

Out of all the suppliers on the south shore Deco jardin is by far the best. When I have questions about the many complexities that are involved regarding different types of jobs I can always count on the advice of Jean-Piere's 25 years of experience in landscaping. I feel respected and well taken care of when I do business with them. Also I know that I won't be waiting for 45 mins in the yard to get stock. Their yard is the most organized yard I've every seen to date. 5 stars for Customer service, 5 stars for efficiency and 5 stars for consultations.Well done, team Deco jardin!Thank you for your business!

Extremely rude owner. Is insulting customers all day arrived to the store and he was telling off a customer over the phone, you ask a question about your order and he immediately start yelling, doing business with his business feels like doing business with a criminal, I received the same treatment, If your not into violent interaction I strongly recommend to find an other provider.

We placed an order for delivery of compost mix and garden soil last week and were extremely satisfied with the level of customer service they provided as well as the quality of product they delivered. We have ordered from Deco jardin for many years, and have never been disappointed.
