I have been a client or Lorna Downs for 18 years, I have shopped around in the past and nobody could beat the rates for me. I have had nothing but pleasant service.I have had 3 cars in accidents, none of the accidents were my fault, with ONE phone call my cars were in a shop and I was in a rental immediately. They took care of everything.I know many people that tell me they're with some cheaper insurance company and then tell me their horror stories when put in the same type of situation.I will never switch!

On top of this they are just genially easy and a pleasure to deal with. I repeat do not get auto insurance with these people .They’re very sketchy and dishonest and Alexa seems to have personal issues ,her customer service is very terrible and she cusses at clients .I asked them to park my car for a few months for me to save ,they made changes to my policy without updating me about anything and out of the blue tried to give me some kind of outrageous bill that I was completely unaware of .
