Went here twice, once last week on Thursday and the other time yesterday. On both occasions, two very sweet girls made sure that I was treated like a valued customer. Hadn't experienced this at any other location, would 100% recommend this spot!

They're open but there's literally no one here. I could walk away with the entire cash register.Edit: they refused to allow me to refill my drink, then straight-up lied to me and said it was an A&w policy. (It's not )

Worst location. Employees don't wear gloves. They didn't know if they accept American Express. Forgot to give me a fork for my poutine.

Slow service can be acceptable since employees are nice and polite.But they Often give me smaller fries than I ordered :(Happened multiple times and I am not happy when it happens

They told me to wait 2 minutes and then changed it to 5. 10 minutes I asked how much longer and they told me another 10 minutes.. for 2 burgers... I never coming back to this location. They gave me cash as a refund and now I'm stuck with cash. Avoid this a&w.

The burger tasted it was already cooked, but just refried to heat up. I went around 1130am and the burger was made in 30 seconds. How is it possible to cook meat, prepare it, bag it in 30 seconds. I will say service was quick, bun and toppings were fresh. This is the 2nd time I have been to a AW and the meat quality is disappointing. The commercials make claims that dont line up. I wont be going to any AW anymore, now on my permanent banned list.

$14 for a burger?For that price I can get huge shawarma that will satisfy 2 adults.Staff members are school kids that just got off the boat and have no manners of western culture.Never coming here.
