The staff at Heritage Honda are amazing! We worked with Tommy and Matthias to purchase our vehicle and they went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed. We were never pressured to get a vehicle above our price range, they accommodated us coming in after work to look at vehicles even though it made for some late evenings for them, and they were very creative in working around our transportation struggles (both of our vehicles died - hence the need for car shopping). Both Tommy and Matthias (and all thr staff!) were very friendly and they made us feel like friends rather than 'just' clients. Thank you for a great car buying experience! I would highly recommend contacting Heritage Honda to service a vehicle you already own or if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Great dealership, nice people working there, extraordinary customer attention, easy process and explains everything you need to know in options for leasing or financing, the only low is when trading your vehicle the price offered is ridiculous. Amazing team when I bought my Pilot, Mike and Matthias did everything required to make it possible.

Poor Quality Service, bad customer service, unskilled technician's!I had my Honda pilot serviced there 3 times.First service - just assessment and ordered parts.Second service - They had replaced the headlight, changed audio cables. To change audio cables they removed the screen. Screen was not installed properly. Also, screw driver marks around the screen are visible (Seems like tech's didn't use proper tools to remove screen). Also, the bumper clips was not installed or not installed properly and front bumper was bowing.Third Service - Oil Change, Audio issues, bowed bumper ( issues from second visit), and lot of additional issues I listed and none of them was fixed. When I mentioned to Karen about the screen issues and screw driver marks on screen, she didn't even listen. Bumper is still bowing. Audio issues still present. Nothing was done in this service except oil change. When I followed up, they said they need to order new clips for bumper and book me in. For other issues, I believe they don't even know how to fix those or they don't want to (At least they should fix the damages they did). Followed up with Karen 4 weeks ago - no reply yet. Emailed to Emily Draper, Tomy Tran on Dec 07. Very poor response on email. Emily said she will follow up with Karen and get back back to me. Today is end of day Dec 16 and no response yet.

Absolutely brutal service and product representation. Looked at a possible trading vehicle from one of their sister stores with no answers to any of the mysterious issues the vehicle displayed. Communication with the representatives at the the dealership was was a huge void as well. People are busy and you should appreciate your customers time and feedback.

I was in a roll over car accident and so I needed a new car asap to replace my written off car. Trevor Rusk (Sales Manager) searched for a 2023 civic for me and found one and reserved it for me as soon as it was available. He called and told me about it immediately. He even saved it for me until I could pick it up. Heritage Honda was so happy to discuss financial options with me multiple times, even though I kept changing how much my down payment would be. The car was so beautiful and perfectly ready for me. The buying process was efficient and I was very taken care of before and after the purchase. They even go get your plate registered for you! Trevor, Matthias, and Abeer were excellent people to work with. Thank you guys! We love our car!

I recently had a highly disappointing and unethical experience with Heritage Honda. Despite explicitly instructing the dealership not to use my SIN for any further credit checks, they disregarded my request and proceeded to access my credit history as a cosigner for a car loan. This breach of trust has left me deeply frustrated and concerned about their lack of integrity.When I initially agreed to be a cosigner for the car loan, they checked my credit history 3!!! times. After which I emphasized that they were no longer authorized to have access to my credit information beyond that point. They assured me that my instructions would be followed, and they would not use my SIN for any additional credit checks.However, much to my dismay, I later discovered that the dealership had gone against our agreement and accessed my credit history without my consent. This breach of trust is not only unethical but also a blatant violation of my privacy. As a customer, I had every right to expect that my instructions would be respected, especially after being assured that they would be.By using my SIN for another credit check, the dealership has potentially compromised my credit score and opened doors to possible identity theft. The repercussions of their actions extend far beyond a simple disregard for my wishes. It demonstrates a lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for customer trust.Moreover, the fact that they promised not to access my credit history again only to break their word raises serious concerns about their business practices. If they are willing to ignore a customer's explicit instructions and promises made, how can anyone trust them to act in their best interests?I urge anyone considering doing business with [Car Dealership] to exercise caution and thoroughly scrutinize their policies and practices. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the importance of ensuring that your personal information and privacy are respected. It is disheartening to realize that a dealership, which should prioritize customer satisfaction and trust, would stoop to such unethical behavior.

All of the staff were friendly and professional, and my salesperson John was fantastic - he really went above and beyond and found me a reliable, affordable vehicle that I absolutely love. Great experience, highly recommend John and Heritage Honda!

What can I say about Heritage Honda. This dealership over the past couple of weeks have treated me like I was at a second home.First of all, my salesperson Ben was phenomenal. Same goes for the finance manager Sam. And last but not least, the GM Cory was even gracious enough to meet with me and make me feel at home.Heritage Honda went above and beyond for me. They really put the customer first.If I were to recommend anyone to any car dealership in Calgary, I am absolutely recommending that they visit Heritage Honda and meet this incredible staff.5 Stars all the way! Thank you all for everything you've done for me over the past few weeks, and your incredible patience with me.I look forward to many visits to Heritage Honda to have my 2021 Honda Accord Sport 2.0L Turbo serviced.They even have a movie theater!!

I am writing this review for my daughter.She took her 2018 Honda Civic with 120k into Heritage for an oil change in Jan/23.She was informed that there was a rear main seal leak at the time, and because there was no noticeable drop in oil levels that she could hold off a few months but just keep an eye on fluid levels. She was quoted $1800 to fix.After speaking with me about it I suggested that she have a 2nd or 3rd opinion since that seemed to be out of the ordinary for an engine with that amount of kms.She had the car looked at by another place and called several others who said that it was strange to be leaking there since there was no drop in fluid levels and it is a new(er) vehicle.She had the engine shampooed then drove it for 2 weeks and took it back to find there was no leaks anywhere.It cost a total of $80 to find out there was no leaks.I believe this to be a large dealership trying to take advantage of a young student, and if not for listening to some fatherly advise ,would have been robbed of $1800.Shame on you Heritage Honda, Do better.Will no longer be a customer and suggest the same to anyone who reads this.
