Are you looking for a rental company??.. well, look no further for other rental company other than this Penske.the staff are great to work with, very patience, and great equiptments.Jordan was super awesome, he makes the whole moving experience less stessful than already is.As well, Thank you Oscar for also taking care of us.If you hesitate because of other negative review, at least give this company a call first, speak with them and then you decide..

Great staff that is quick and helpful. Good quality vehicles with a lot of bonus features like hydraulic lifts that Econo van lines wouldn't offer. Larger trucks are typically diesel which helps for long distances.

Penske was the easiest rental service from beginning to end. I was put in a bad situation by one of their competitors after they cancelled a booking last minute but the Stoney Creek Penske reassured me that they had me covered. They had a truck ready in less than 30 minutes for me and saved my day!

First-time picking up a truck this large. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite, and had a great demeanor. It tool less than 10 minutes and I was out the door.

Penske made a big job easy. Everything from reserving, picking-up and returning was smooth and efficient. When in need of another rental, Penske will be our choice.

Great service and equipment. Had a flat tire on my trailer, and even though that experience was absolutely horrible, I would recommend this location.

My first experiences was great, my second experiences. Sucked! I had the rental for 24hrs til 10:30am the next day, if I went over the time I don't mind paying the extra charge as we still has stuff to unload, given the circumstances we going to be late. Instead we are getting push to finish earlier by the reps and if we could hurry up! you should be well prepared with more rental knowing that costumer will be late here and there. Also they still hold my credit card information from 4 years ago!

Awful experience with Penske truck rental. I had rented a truck through this company online on Friday, September 23rd for Sunday, September 25th. The website, through which I rented this truck, stated that this location would be open until noon on Sunday and I could return the truck back to that location the next day. I called on Saturday, September 24th to confirm my order as I had not received a confirmation email, and the woman told me that my order was all set and I could pick up my truck tomorrow for 10 AM. The next day I went to pick up the truck, which was about a half hour drive from my location, and discovered that the location was closed on Sundays - this was stated on the door (I have a screenshot of the website I booked it through which clearly showed that the location was to be open at this time, again this website was where I had booked the rental). My family and I called the company and spoke with Ryan who tried to figure out a solution, as this was completely their fault. No one from the Hamilton location answered their phones that day, including the manager, so I was not able to get a truck from that location (although there was one right in front of the building). The next option was for me to drive to Mississauga to pick up the truck, drive to Hamilton which was where I was moving from, and then drive to the new city I was moving to (and then return the truck to Mississauga). This was obviously unacceptable and by this time it was nearing noon, which was the closing time of the Mississauga location. The final option was for them to book a truck through UHaul, which he stated would be at a discounted rate of $29.99 for the rental, as he had spoken with the district manager and told them of the mistake they had made (he said that there was a manager, Sheridan (I am not sure if this a Penske manager or UHaul), who confirmed this and there was a trail of emails that were sent out for this issue). When I finally got to UHaul after 1 PM (over 3 hours after I intended to start my move), the rental fee was $79 (on top of the other additional fees) and there was no discount available. This company set me back several hours (I had people from out of town to help me move, who had to sit around and wait for this to be sorted out) and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation (I could have easily booked through UHaul, but chose this company, which turned out to be quite the mistake). No discounts or assistance with covering the costs, no real solution, and ultimately did not followup with the pricing at UHaul, which at that time I was so desperate that I had to go with that company - again they did nothing to leave me with a positive experience of Penske. I guess I should be thankful that they didn't charge my credit card for anything. Go elsewhere for your moving needs!!
