I recently visited this store, setting up multiple lines on a Small Business plan. I was helped by ZACK who was just amazing. He made the process smooth, quick, and got us a great deal. It makes a big difference when the person you're being helped by is knowledgeable about all available discount and plans. Zack got us the best possible deal, and even followed up after to make sure everything was good.Telus has the best coverage, customer service, and in store service as well. This store is definitely the way to go, when you do, see Zack!

Stephanie (spelling?) Made our switch from another phone company seamless! My fiance and I were so impressed with how easy the process was. The store is professional, and had some pretty great offers for Boxing Day! Trading in my phone was also so easy. She also explained everything clearly and answered any and all questions we had. I haven't been back to Telus since switching from them about 5ish years ago, and I'm so glad to be back! My fiance and I are loving the service and our new phones! Highly recommend!

my recent visit with ZACK at this location last week was extremely helpful . Found the best deals that worked best for our family of 4 different phone lines . Worked quickly and patiently and explained everything . This kind of service makes me want to stay loyal to Telus

I would like to acknowledge Matt E of Telus pen center for helping me when 6 other Telus employees online, on call, and in store was unable to. I changed to esim and the process did not went through properly, it ends up my line was deactivated and i had no connection which is not good if you are in a healthcare profession. I had to drive to pen center to get connected. I was in the telus kiosk for some time but they did not solve my problem. To make the long story short, I decided to go to the apple store but saw the Telus store and thats when Matt E solve the problem in not even 5minutes! Knowledge about his job and his customer service is EXCELLENT!
